Radisson Blu Schwarzer Bock Hotel

Good hotel, nice rooms perfect location and friendly staff.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer ausgesprochen guten Lage. Was sehr teuer ist, ist das Frühstück, welches sich mit Euro 24,- zu Buche schlägt und das Parken kostet 25,- Euro pro Übernachtung!!! Auch hat mich gestört, dass in unserem Zimmer der Duschkopf völlig desolat war. Der hat an allen Ecken rausgespritzt, das darf in einem Hotel in dieser Klasse nicht vorkommen! Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt sehr angenehm!

This hotel is in a wonderful location in the center of Wiesbaden. The location, the spa and it's interesting history made me ignore the other bad reviews and book two rooms for three adults. They were identically horrible, especially for the rate charged. The common areas and spa were beautiful, but there is nothing 'remodeled' or clean about the two rooms we had. Both were small, outdated, with dirty carpeting and dirty bathrooms. I have traveled extensively for business and vacation and these were possibly the worst rooms I have ever seen. The rooms are two star at the most, and overpriced.

Ein Hotel mit Charme und Tradition

Staff was not very friendly. this claims to be a 5 star hotel, but I would only rate it as a 3star. location is very good and near the shopping district with many restaurant choices.

At first look on arrival the hotel was lovely, in a perfect central location and nice entrance where we were welcomed by friendly staff. However as the hotel was fully booked we were giving a small double room, number 121 , which was set up for single occupancy. The room was dark, cold and dirty. It had no bath which is a problem when you have 2 small children. As there was only 1 dbl bed we asked for a different room, as none were available we were offered a child bed, but this did not fit in the room and the cot bed they gave instead was not clean or safe. The shower was very dirty and had limescale all over. The pillows where all different 1 good, one feather and the other had mould on it. At breakfast the staff were miserable and put us at a Generally staff were very nice and tried to help, food was good, swimming pool and spa was lovely. Unfortunately I would not stay there again, this is meant to be a 5 star hotel but the standards are far from it.

The staff was most accommodating; English was spoken freely and at an about competant level; the spa will be renovated and open in March, so a return trip is iminent. It was a lvoely repose. Oh, and the green marble bathrooms with HEATED FLOORS were divine!

very nice service, staff spoke English well; very classic hotel; room was small but bathroom and closet very roomy by German standards; managed to get parking on the streets. Very central to downtown. Nice complimentary continental breakfast in the lobby. Bar is supposed to be great although it was closed for "vacation" for the time we were there. weekend discount rate made it a great deal.
