Park Regis Singapore

Park Regis oli lähellä Clarke Quaeyn MRT -asemaa ja kävelymatkan päässä Chinatownista. Central -ostoskeskus oli ihan lahella, samoin ruokapaikat jokivarressa. Kuitenkin tuntui, etta hotellin ymparilla olisi voinut olla enemmänkin vilinää,sijainti oli kuitenkin vähän kliinisellä toimistoalueella. Sisaankirjautumisesta lähtien palvelu oli erinomaista ja henkilökunta ystävällistä mutta melko muodollista. Hotellin laatu vastasi mielestani hinnoittelua, mutta oli melko kallis sen hintatason hotelleihin nähden joita yleensä käytän. Aamupala ei kuulunut huoneen hintaan, mikä oli hintaan nähden käsittämätöntä! Aamupala olisi maksanut veroineen yli 30 SGD, joten budjettini vuoksi kävin Central -ostoskeskuksen leipomo-kahvilassa aamupalalla. 25 metrin uima-allas oli ihan mahtava ja reissullani ensimmainen, jossa oikeasti oli virkistavan viilea vesi! Allasalue oli viihtyisa.

The room is about 200 square feet. Internet costs 30 US$ per day. Location is convenient for Clarke quay and Chinatown with a metro stop close by. The room is very cramp for two adults. The pool is nice, however there is no hot tub. Clarke quay is a night club area with bars and nightclubs, fortunately the sound of the club's are muted although not silent. A taxi to the airport costs around 30 US$ from this hotel. No self service laundry.

A nice hotel with everything you need, in a great location. You can stroll to Clarke Quay or Orchard Street and enjoy the many restaurants and shops.

The hotel located in front of Clarke Quay and near SMRT station. Very nice view with Clarke Quay and river. The hotel staffs were very friendly and smiley.

New hotel with nice decor and a decent location near Clarke quay. However the rooms are very small without free wifi.

Rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos. They are laid out poorly so that if more than one person is in the room, its very difficult to navigate without climbing over a bed. Check in time is 3:00 pm not 2:00 pm listed online. Internet is an extra $30 a day - would have loved to have known that before booking.

We stayed only 1 day but this is a new and very nicely designed hotel. The room was very comfortable and the overall atmosphere was great. Staff were very helpful and professional. Ii is a nice location only 5 mins by taxi to the central shopping area. We will stay here again if we we visit Singapore.

Nice hotel, staff very helpful, all you can eat buffet breakfast (not included in room charge), great location on Merchant Road near the river for holiday/sightseeing. We took a Merchant Room which wasn't the cheapest but still very good value compared to the Orchard Road hotel prices. Nice room with good bathroom facilities - shower but no bath but that didn't bother us. They gave us late checkout FOC (1400 hrs) and they let us have a shower in the gym area later in the afternoon before we left for the airport.

the hotel has a excelent location, the rooms are not that big but they have enougth space, a very good option in Singapore

Park Regis Hotel is alright but the service is not good. I think they only like to give good service to people who looks foreigner to them ie. white skin and blond hair etc...I'm asian with brown skin so I look local to them and the service that they gave me is NOT satisfying. First I checked in and they have vacant rooms but i have to wait for 4hrs to get to my room while others get their room right away.(YES, I have a reservation!)Second they do not open the door for me but they open to people that look foreigner as I mentioned earlier same thing goes to taxi cab door. They clean our room very late 5pm and I have to call them to clean it, they did not clean the room they just fixed the bed, empty shampoo bottles are still in the shower and we have to call and ask for conditioner because they did not give us one. The room is very dusty. basically they just fixed the bed. Carpet is dirty, they dont vacuum. Maybe they only did these things to us because we do not look like a foreigner to them! This is the worst hotel service that I have experienced. I received better service in cheaper hotel and nicer attendants.
