Glo Hotel Kluuvi Helsinki

Very funky rooms. Bit squashy but doable. Great looking bathroom. No help with bags though. Good breakfast and central location.

Einmalige schöne Lage, gute Ausstattung.

Very cool hotel without being pretentious. Large modern rooms with flat panel tv and free wireless internet. Bathroom was separated with shower etc. in one room with a toilet in another- works great for two people. The location could not be more central- excellent. I would definitely stay at Glo again.... even saw Rick Steves at breakfast.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Great location - close to Senate Square and Esplande Park; the tram stop is right around the corner and a short walk to the rail station.

The best location in Helsinki, close to everything. We shopped along the Design District and qt Stockmann`s. Visited the market hall and the market place; best in Scandinavia. Took a ferry to Suomenlinna and watched a film on the history of it. Highly recommend it while in Helsinki. Plan to take an English spaqking tour at 1100 or 1400. Fantastic.

We were there as tourists. Unfortunately, my husband became ill in Helsinki, but the hotel staff could not have done more to make him comfortable and provide for his/our needs. They brought him a heated pillow and offered tea and toast. The desk clerk translated the ingredients of the cold remedies he purchased at the nearby pharmacy. (They were in Finnish and Swedish.) The staff gave excellent directions and helped us with our transportation needs as well. My only regret was that my husband was too sick for us to take advantage of the enticing day spa and fitness center.

A fantastic place to stay

Close to business and shopping. Only drawback was that the restaurant had a very limited menu and I would have preferred a more traditional type of restaurant rather than a pizzeria. Nonetheless, the pizza was good.

Room was extremely comfortable, perfect for a weekend relaxation in a central location.

チェックイン時にTwinで予約したのだが、Twinの空きがなく、1晩はDoubleで、翌日にTwinに移れると言われた。 翌日出掛ける際に、受付で部屋の変更を申し出たところ、荷物をまとめておいてくれたら、スタッフが移動させておいてくれるというので、任せて外出した、とことまでは良かったが、ホテルに戻って、新しい部屋番号を受け取ろうとしたら、連絡が入っていないようで、確認にものすごく手間取った。 スタッフの対応は良いのだが、システム的なところに問題があるかもしれません。 その他は、朝食が味は良いの がフィンランドっぽいモノがないのが残念なくらいで、部屋はヘルシンキの割には広く、清潔、アクセスも便利で非常に良い。
