Erinomainen hinta/laatusuhde. Siisti ja pieni perhehotelli. Hotellin kujalle vaikea löytää, jopa taksikuskilla meni vartti kysellessä, vaikka käytössä oli hotellin sivuilta tulostetu kirjallinen ajo-ohje. Lähellä kaikkea - kävellen tavoitettavissa Sininen moskeija, Aya Sofia jne.

L' ART CITY HÔTEL est idéalement situé, à 10mn des mosquées, proche aussi des lignes de tramway (à l'autre bout de "l'hippodrome"). La petite rue est très calme. L'accueil est très gentil et disponible pour conseiller une navigation sur le Bosphore, appeler un taxi, renseigner sur la ville. Sanitaires impeccables. Frigo et Wi-Fi dans les chambres. Salle et terrasse extérieure sympa pour le petit-déjeûner. Si je reviens à ISTANBUL, ce sera dans ce petit hôtel très sympa.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, nur 10 min. von der Blauen Moschee, vom Großen Basar sowie vom Marmarameer entfernt. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 5 min. entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer sind relativ klein. Ein Zimmer mit Meerblick lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel für einen Städtetrip, aber nicht unbedingt für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel liegt in Gehdistanz zu den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit, man darf sogar deren Computer und Drucker benutzen, um die Boarding Karte auszudrucken. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist völlig in Ordnung. Definitiv ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

I loved statying here. The hotel is quite charming and ideally located -- it really is walking distance to everthing in the Old City. I just wish I could have stayed longer. It just means that I will have to come back for another visit. I am recommending this hotel to my other friends who plan to visit Istanbul. The staff is extremely personable and knowledgeable.

Das Hotel war sauber und ist sehr gut gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr nett und gab uns gute Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten in Istanbul. Sie sprechen alle gut englisch. Das Frühstück ist zufriedenstellend. Vom Hotel ist viel zu Fuss erreichbar, jedoch für längere Ausflüge steht eine Tramlinie und eine Bahnlinie zur Verfügung. Die Tramstation ist 5 Minuten entfernt.

Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité de Sainte Sophie et de la mosquée bleue, personnel très avenant, mais il faut impérativement réserver une chambre avec vue sur la mer de Marmara pour profiter au maximum du séjour et du confort de l'hôtel.

Accueil très agréable. Chambre très correct. Petit déjeuner moyen. Bien situé.

Die Lage in der Nähe der Blauen Moschee ist optimal für einen Städtetrip. Viele Sehenswürdigkeit sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Hotel machte auf uns einen sehr geplegten und v.a. neuen Eindruck. Wir (25,27Jahre ) würden es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen

The hotel staff proved terrific, despite concerns at the outset. Upon initial arrival, which i'd indicated would be late evening, i was asked to stay at a "sister" hotel (DIVAS) across the street...no explanation, my assumption was that they had overbooked my room, though they assured i would be moved the next day into Arts City Hotel as arranged. The room was quite large, very clean, but soon discovered the toilet wasn't working and no hot water for shower. Those were repaired the following morning, but left me wary. When the pre-arranged move didn't materialize, i took it upon myself to gather belongings and cross back over, whereupon the Arts City receptionist quickly accommodated me (although the room hadn't yet been made up & previous guest's luggage was there). Nonetheless, by the time i returned later in the day, all was good. The following morning, i was asked if i would move to yet ANOTHER room, as they needed the bed accommodations for arriving guests. I complied and must say, that while the rooms became successively smaller, they were progressively nicer...first had a mosque loudspeaker just outside window, second overlooked the street & noisy, but the third had a pleasant sea view. Afterwards, all was good - the included breakfast proved a bit "thin" if you were a later arrival, as they didn't seem to replenish the original layout, though as i was an early riser, it was fine for me. Staff is very courteous, reasonably fluent in English & eager to please. Once i began to grasp the layout of Istanbul, the location was fine, though might consider staying north of Golden Horn if on a future visit as i tired of the vendors/hawkers in the Sultanahmet area.
