Klas Hotel

It is very nice hotel , the location is very good , but the place is lower than the main street, so it will be dificult to walk for the old people

Gleich bei der Ankunft wurden wir in das Hotel nebenan verfrachtet, angeblich waren die Zimmer in Renovation und durch Verzögerungen konnten wir nicht unser ursprüngliches Zimmer beziehen. Am nächsten Tag waren die Zimmer immer noch nicht bereit, wir mussten unser Gepäck in der Eingangshalle mit 20 anderen Gepäckstücken hinterlassen, alles schlecht bewacht und uns wurde ein schlecht ausgefülltes Papier in die Hände gedrückt, als Depot. Ursprünglich wurde gesagt, dass unser Gepäck ins Zimmer gebracht werde. Bei der Rückkehr war unser Gepäck immer noch in der Eingangshalle und wir mussten das Papier nicht zeigen, sondern konnten unser Gepäck einfach nehmen und der Schlüssel zum Zimmer wurde uns einfach in die Hände gedrückt. Das Zimmer selber war sauber, allerdings sicher nicht frisch renoviert. Die Bettlaken hatten noch Haare von der vorherigen Bewohner. Beim Auschecken haben wir uns beschwert und wenigstens den Preiserlass für den Transfer vom und zum Flughafen gefordert. Die Hotelmanagerin war aber höchst unfreundlich und konnte uns nur einen Weg anbieten. Dabei mussten wir aber auch wieder 35 Euro bezahlen, obwohl der Transfer insgesamt 60 Euro gekostet hätte und der halbe Preis somit 30 Euro gewesen wäre. Insgesamt ein schlechter und unprofessioneller Eindruck. Dass ein 4 Sternehotel nicht einmal einen abschliessbaren Raum zur Aufbewahrung von Gepäckstücken hat, ist inakzeptabel. Die Hotelmangagerin war unfreundlich und der Service schlecht. Das Hotel ist für den Preis und für 4 Sterne nicht zu empfehlen!

Check-in was efficient and friendly. Room was on the 5th floor and huge !! We had a really big balcony. Bathroom too was big. Was disappointed by the standard of the breakfast, really poor. Otherwise a good stay, within 5 mins walk to the tram. It was then just 3 stops to Sultanahmet.

The staff were very polite and tried to do thier best, Breakfast was one of their positive points. Room, however was not what I expected from a 4 stars hotel, it was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like one and even they had provided ash-tray and matches in it. Sauna and swimming hour was not promising.

Watch for the hotel manager telling you their software ate your reservation. They moved me to a tiny room in another hotel and I complained. Also lost touring opportunities having to repack and check-in again at the Klas the next day. Klas has a popular breakfast buffet and responsive staff.

Avons séjourné 4 nuit dans cet hôtel, et avons été très déçu, nous arrivons la première nuit, plus qu'une chambre de disponible sois-disant.... Après 15 min de discussion, nous laissons tomber, le séjour commence bien.... Lit séparé avec mon amie....super pour des vacances.... (lit de 1m60 sur 60cm, je mesure 1m90....) Dans une chambre sale de 10m2.. Et rafistolé tuyau qui sortent des murs, moisissures partout... (moquette noire, sdb mini, douche de 1m2. Petit-déjeuné très moyen au sous-sol de l’hôtel, brouillant et chips.... sois-disant buffet all-inclusive, mais il faut payer le jus d'orange....? pas normal.... Bref pour moi cet hôtel ne mérite pas 3 étoiles, à peine 2, et pourtant nous avons beaucoup voyagé dans ces pays... Piscine en panne, et sauna pareil... catastrophe.... Nous sommes très déçus....

The hotel was a short walk to metro rail, Grand Bazzar, and several other attractions. The staff were very nice and freindly. The only thing you should know is that the rooms are small, and the buildings are older in that area. the breakfast buffett and internet access were great.

Nettes Mittelklassehotel in guter Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Modern eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber. Ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet

the room is beg, reception friendly, quit in the night, except the toilet may need exhaust fan.

I was sightseeing The iron was missing and it was not very comfortable as I had to give up the clothes I wanted to wear; the room was very small! The room was not really comfortable in comparison with my previous experience.
