とても素晴らしいホテルです。 スタッフには日本語が巧みな人もいました。

Hotel, staff and amenities were excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Only suggestions I would make are to stay in the Old Wing (with a view of the river) and make sure when you arrive at the airport you get a local taxi (Vina Sun or Mai Linh) as the 'limousines' - which is hardly what they are - charge $35 to the hotel. It should only be approx $7.

Beautiful old hotel, clean and well-situated but with marginal service.[...]. I would avoid the restaurants. One is mediocre and the other is wildly overpriced.

A hotel that lived up to its name! If you want a hotel with historic character and up modern-day facilities, this hotel is perfect! I'm looking forward to a staying there again.

酒店服務非常好，每一位服務員都相當親切有禮，行前透過客服系統詢問HotelClub入住需求一直沒回應，後來直接發信給飯店立刻就回覆了，而且實際上也做的很好～ 飯店有點歷史了但不覺得特別老舊，唯獨只有燈光略顯昏暗，還有浴室的蓮蓬頭控制度不穩定而已 地理位置相當好，距離各大景點還算蠻近，早餐品質稍差且價格太貴，雖然有美麗河景但沒有物有所值的感覺，有點可惜

A wonderful old hotel in a great location to understand the real HCM City. As an old hotel it suffers from being "Magestic" when modern traveller expect modern amenities. But staff and management service levels make up for this. Location allows an understanding of the bussle of HCM and the commerce of the river. A little far to walk to the markets but good taxi service overcomes this.

Location is good in the harbour side of the road. Very convenient to visit attractions like red cathedral and post office in 10-15 leisure walk. I have reserved the colonial superior and the hotel even upgraded us to a colonial deluxe. Room is very spacious and well decorated with old French style. Staff is nice and helpful and breakfast is good with a lot of fruits to choose from. Will absolutely stay again next time.

Das Hotel wurde sehr stilvoll renoviert und ist in sehr gutem Zustand bei guter Lage zum Saigonriver. Der Service allerdings lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig und ist weit entfernt von der typischen asiatischen Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit. Die Atmosphäre entspricht dem Service.

The hotel was built in 1925 and if you want an elegant throw back hotel experience this is the place to stay. All the rooms are appointed in rich wood. All the floors are wood in the room. The hotel has been well maintained and renovated several times to keep the old style looking new. The location is the best. Walking distance to a lot of bars restaurants and night clubs. The view from the 2 roof top restaurant/bars is excellent as well. I would recommend anyone visiting Saigon to stay at the hotel. If you go cheap, don't expect a room with a view, but the room is just as nice non the less.

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast. Great location. Great service. 24 hour room service. Very nice and clean facility.
