Hotelli kokonaisuudessaan erittäin siisti. Hotellin henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamiainen todella monipuolinen, hinta kohtalaisen korkea. Saunaosasto 11 krs:ssa, altaan vesi mukavan lämmintä samoin porealtaassa. Saunat siistit. Huone DeLuxe Suite todella tilava, sängyt erittäin hyvät. Valojen kanssa menee jonkiin aikaa ennenkuin oppii käyttämään. Ainoa negatiivinen puoli, parvekkeelle ei paista päivällä eikä illalla aurinko, jota kyllä kaipaisi, kun lähtee etellän lomalle.

Siisti ja hyvä hotelli
Hotelli oli siisti ja mukava. Aamulehti tuotiin ovelle joka aamu, ilmainen langaton/langallinen nettiyhteys toimi tarpeeksi hyvin. Myös maksullinen oli tarjolla. Huoneeseen olisi voinut myös tilata aamupalasta lämpimään ruokaan. Uima-allas oli kerroksessa 11 eli puolessa välissä, aurinkoa pystyi ottamaan vain talon yhdellä sivulla ja sieläkin oli vain kuutisen hyvää paikkaa. Toiset kuusi paikkaa oli osittain jonkun palkin takana. Eli tästä iso iso miinus. Altaan vesi oli lämmitetty, näkymät altaalta tosin hienot. Aamupalassa jonkin verran parantamisen varaa, pystyi valitsemaan koko buffetin tai puolikkaan. Kuntosali oli pieni. Ilmainen bussikuljetus neljään eri kohteeseen kahdesti päivässä oli mukava plussa.

Good location but some points to be improved
Closed to the metro station and well placed in JLT area. Excellent infrastructure. Wi-Fi is very expensive (USD 24/day) which is not anymore acceptable because communication is key, particularly in Dubai as roaming cost is high. The room soundproofing is bad and the hotel staff does not act in order to request less noise from some guests during the night. It was not possible to sleep during many nights! Drinks and food are expensive compared to good restaurants in Dubai. Most of the staff were excellent and helpful.

Great Hotel
An amazingly luxurious hotel. The room was very clean and has all the required amenities. The design of the room was very modern and luxurious. I loved the hotel in general. The only drawback is that is a little far from downtown old Dubai and Deira.

Skydiving
No Airport Shuttle...But Great Hotel!
I really enjoyed this hotel...The restaurant and bars were amazing. Great food and drinks. I did book this hotel on the basis that it offered an Airport Shuttle from the Dubai International Airport, but waited for 45 mins and no shuttle. Got a taxi to the hotel and asked about Shuttle service and was told that they discontinued Shuttle services 2 months prior...Great stay though.

Bra hotell men restaurangutbudet begränsat för familj
Bra service, vår brödrost fungerade inte och det ordnades omgående. Poolområdet är trevligt och lugnt, uppvärmd pool men begränsat med sol så hotellet är inte lämpligt om man tänkt sig en sol- och badsemester. Nära till metro och taxi alltid tillgänglig utanför så kommunikationer inga problem. Supermarket precis utanför. Däremot finns det bara en restaurang att välja på kvällstid om man vill äta med barn och inga andra restauranger direkt i närheten. Rumsservice fungerade dock bra. I det stora hela en bra och prisvärd hotellupplevelse men nästa gång väljer vi ett hotell närmare stranden.
