Moevenpick Hotel Deira

Mövenpick Deiran vahvuutena on ammattitaitoinen henkilökunta. Ravintoloissa oli hyvä ruoka. Sviitti oli tilava ja erittäin viihtyisä. Hotellissa kuntosali ja sauna toivat mahdollisuuden myös kuntoiluun. Ainut negatiivinen asia on liian pieni uima-allastila, sieltä ei monesti saanut aurinkotuolipaikkaa. Lentoliikenne häiritsi jonkin verran uima-altaalla rentoutumista.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It is a little bit far afield from some of the major attractions of Dubai, but those are easily reachable by metro and relatively inexpensive taxi. The hotel room itself was large and very well-appointed. The staff was very helpful. The one downside is that they didn't know much about tours and excursions, and tried to push private cars on us to transport us everywhere, even though taxis and/or public transport was cheaper.

We were not able to get the room we requested (2 beds) but we got an upgraded King Suite which was very, very spacious and that made all the difference in our 5 day stay. The buffet dinner in the hotel restaurant was a huge disappointment.

Personnel désagréable ,ne comprenant rien pas a la hauteur d un hotel 5 étoiles !! Réception nulle en plus personne ne parle Français !!! Restaurant null on attends très longtemps pour rien !!! Et parlons du petit déjeuner oh la la terrible !! Nous voulions le prendre dans la chambre plateau avec jus de fruit renversé sur la nappe ! Oublit chaque jour de quelque chose .... Je suis même descendue un matin avec le lait caillé a la réception imaginez !!!!lol!!! Gardons de l humour !!! Impossible d avoir de simples morceaux de pains grillés .! Et en plus attitude du personnel de la réception disons .. Vous savez quand vous avez l impression que l on se paye votre tête !!!! Voilà un sejour pour l hotel a oublier !!! Allez dans un autre hotel .......!!! Croyez moi je suis impartiale !!! Je déteste comme vous tous je pense être prise pour une gentille idiote !! Bonne année a vous tous

We have been upgraded to a suite room which was large and really nice. The Movenpick is not too far away from the airport this is very convenient when you have a short stop in Dubai between 2 flights. Great breakfast, efficient staff, very clean rooms, what else could we ask for? No doubt we will come back.

From this point forward whenever I stay in Dubai I will stay at the Movenpick Hotel Deira. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and made sure my needs were met. The rooms were large, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Free internet, close to the airport, and taxis were waved down by the staff at a moments notice.

Cet hôtel est vraiment bien placé pour des voyages d'affaires et visiter les sites incontournables, le métro est à 3mn à pied. Le service est impeccable, la navette pour la plage à l'Océana 20/20 et aussi 20/20 pour le salon "Exécutif" nous avons vraiment apprécié (Boissons, canapés, petit déjeuner ... ) service de qualité, le personnel est vraiment serviable et plusieurs langues parlées, personnel cosmopolite, très appréciable). Situé à 10mn en voiture de l'aéroport, le bruit des avions n'est pas vraiment dérangeant car hotel bien insonorisé. Le Spa est magnifique.
