Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites HUNTSVILLE-UNIVERSITY DRIVE

A bit of a pain that there are separate buildings for the check in, where my room was, and where the breakfast is. Otherwise, my room was clean (it's not new, so it felt a little old and was very muggy) but the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was very good. Overall, average for the rate - I don't have any complaints.

Across from Huntsville best BBQ (Dreamland), the hotel was central, clean, modern and spacious. I was impressed with the value and would say it was one of the best during my last road trip. The free breakfast is in a separate building - which was a little odd - but the variety was great. The best breakfast spread of my trip in fact. I would recommend this hotel and plan to stay there when business brings us back to Huntsville Alabama...

not that great. had a dirty rag on the floor when we checked in, they did not try to get the dirty rag or clean it. Brought a rollover bed and they person did not try to fit bed in the cramped room or pick up dirty rag on the floor.They did not have a good breakfast.

We were in town to check out UAH for our son who is considering attending there this fall. Coming from out of town and not knowing the area at all, we were primarily looking for a hotel close to campus that we could trust would be clean and safe. This one fit the bill. It was clean and comfortable, and we would stay here again. The free breakfast is a full breakfast. You can choose eggs and a breakfast meat (bacon, ham, or sausage links, depending on the day). Also available each day are biscuits with sausage gravy and a pancake maker, as well as cereal, sweet rolls, bagels, muffins, juice, milk, and coffee. Our only disappointment--the free shuttle from the airport does not run on Saturday. It cost us $30 for a taxi.

Chris was there the day that we checked in he was very pleasant and accomodated our every request when we got there we requested a refridgerator and microwave with in minutes they were delivered to our room at not additional cost. We asked for extra towels they were given to us with no problems the rooms and bathrooms were clean the hallways and everything smelled good I would recommend this hotel for travel stay oh and the breakfast was good and free

This hotel was perfect for us, we needed a place over night and had a great breakfast in the morning. The pancake maker was out of order, but there was plenty of other items to choose from.

This place made breakfast, the most anticipated meal of the day. The staff remembered us from last year & we look forward to seeing them again next year. The location was close between downtown @ the VonBraun Arena for graduation & the family gathering in Madison.

Kept having problems with phone ringing once late at night and waking me up. Bathroom floor not clean. Staff very nice. Breakfast location too far away

We stayed for a quick last minute biz trip. Good spot for clean comfy room.

In town for a wrestling show. First we given a room that was quite a long walk to get there. Then the room wasn't ready because the carpent was being cleaned so we had to wait in the hallway with all our luggage while they sorted everything out. The the room was so humid there was a lingering moisture in the air that made it uncomfortable. Guest services awful. I've stayed at a holiday inn express in Birmingham and it was great this one makes me no want to patronized another one.
