Impressed by service
Impressed by the service, everyone was always in a good mood and had great disposition to offer directions if help if needed. My 20 month old baby was sick from her stomach one day and staff came promptly twice to change sheets around 2 am and 4 am, didn't have to wait much and staff was always nice. Also the doormen were always helpful and very attentive.

Great location, service, comfortable
We arrived early and were checked in, no problem. The service was exceptional, the room very comfortable and high class. The location was fantastic, easy to walk to China Town, Union Square and Market Street, Ferry Building, and Movies. The doorman were very helpful with information. Will stay again.

Fantastic hotel!
All of the staff were great and very service oriented. Worlds apart from the impersonal service at places like the Hilton.

Omni Hotel - Classic and refined
Great stay. Well taken care of property with all of the finest amenities and touches. Would stay here again anytime on business or pleasure. In the heart of the financial district so not the hustle and bustle of Union Square, but definitely a great property close to it all.

Unbeatable location for the price
The hotel was very well appointed the staff very attentive. My husband and I go into San Francisco every year the day after Thanksgiving to relax and go out to dinner which is usually the Tadich Grill and also roam around Union Square. We walked to China Town the following morning and had Dim Sum which was wonderful! My only complaint was that I didn't particularly care for the location of the room which was on the side of a busy street (Montgomery).

Frequent guest
I've stayed there several times a year since its opening. Location in the Financial District makes it quiet at night yet it's only a few blocks from the Embarcadero, China Town and Union Square. Service is always accomodating and friendly. This visit, they've added a heavy citrusy-floral smell to the lobby and rooms which I found offensive and I hope that they stop.

Great Location in the City....
The rooms were very clean and the hotel had a great location in the city. I was a little disappointed with the wait time at breakfast, however I was in a bit of a hurry to get to the airport. When the food arrived it was worth the wait. Thank you for a pleasant weekend in the city.

Great service!
The staff at the Omni were incredible! Everyone was friendly, professional, effecient! They answered questions, gave directions, all with a smile. This staff didn't just smile as if they were working they SMILED like they were honestly happy to see you! We requested towels since we had left the do not disturb sign on our door in error and the towels were in our bath when we arrived upstairs 10 mins later! I want this hotel and staff in every city I visit!

We walked to China Town since it is around the corner. You can catch a cable car on the corner and get to the Embarcadero & the Wharf. They have tour buses that you can hop on/hop off; $35.00 for 2 days/20 stops.

First Crush: The food and wine were great. We returned here after about 5 years and it seemed pleasantly familiar and very comfortable.
