Great location, zero extras
I stayed at this hotel for the salesforce.com annual conference in September; the hotel's location is perfect for the venue. The room was pretty average-- notthing to complain about, but certainly not worth the 500 a night they charged me. Grabbing a taxi was a nightmare from the front of the hotel...walking a few hotels down I got better service to taxis.

Sweet all around
Awesome! Sweet bar on top! Great views! Didnt have a chance to go to the pool but that looked nice too. Feel like a light weight king in the bar though!

Enjoyed the Stay
I'm a big Marriott person so for me the location and hotel were great. The only recommendation I would have, is to ask for a room with a view. We stayed in a middle room and our view was the center of the hotel. We enjoyed the actual spa and the massages at the spa were decent.

Dicent hotel, close to points of interest
Good location for tourists, easy to get to the attractions. Not too good at night - lots of homeless people, not enough places to have a good dinner

It's awsome holiday weekend getaway
We're very please with the choice of this hotel. We had a very good time during stay in SF. The room has very nice Bay & City view. We would come back again.

Great weekend getaway
I stayed here with a friend over a three day weekend and it was nice. The hotel was very nice and clean, and it was conveniently located by union square and the metro. Only issue is the older concierge did not give accurate directions and we got lost a few times. They need to remember that we were brand new to the city, so make sure to have them explain it to you carefully if you are new to SF!

Great Hotel in Great Location
This hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of San Francisco. It is just off the Powell Station which makes it so easy to take BART to the airport or across the bay to Oakland. Union Square is just a few blocks away. I would definitely stay here again.
