Good Value, Good Location
I did not have high expectations after reading reviews but overall I had a great stay. The rooms are nothing special, a little outdated and boring, but really how much time do you spend in your room? The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was all you needed and there was always someone there making sure it was clean and re-stocking the food. The price and location was great. I would stay there again/

Good enough!
It was a perfect location, short distance to Fisherman's Wharf. The Hotel staff was very friendly, free breakfast was plus. Paid $13/Parking.

Average motel. Good shower, clean room. Furnishing are "motel cheap" but functional. Wi-fi worked well. It has traffic noise from Lombard St but its location to Fisherman's Wharf more than makes up for it. Price is high for what you get but it is SF!

2 nights in a hospital room?
This hotel was so very much like a hospital room with no view, and 2 very unstable kitchen chairs to sit on to watch the19 inch TV that keep cutting out! It was very depressing. We went out to Alcatraz at 7:30 am and returned tired at 2:15 pm to find our room not serviced/ When I called the office, the desk clerk said, that the maids work until 5pm and the room will get cleaned. I told him that this is unexceptable! He wouldn't do anything. Breaskfast is sad!!!! No room to eat without standing!!!!!!!!!

Unparked traveler
Convenient, yet exasperating
They charge extra for pets, which was expected. They charge extra for parking, not expected, and when I returned to the room, the valet next door had the parking lot jammed. I was told to double park and they would call me when a spot opened. That was around 11:00pm. I was not pleased and let them know it. Now you do, too.
