Extremely comfortable, easy to get to from main highways.
This was our first visit to the Crowne Plaza Hotel, and will definitely not be the last. The hotel staff was friendly and informed, even on the phone when asking for directions. Parking was safe and the parking spots were large enough to fit even a good size SUV. Upon entering the room, we were floored with how nice it was! The numerous pillows, oh so soft sheets and linens, the comfortable furniture; it was amazing! For the price I was expecting a nice stay, but not a BEAUTIFUL suite fit for a president! Considering the location in downtown, traffic was really a breeze to navigate through, and there were numerous restaurants and gas stations right on the same street as the hotel. I can not stress how amazing the stay was, and I can't wait to stay again!

Bad Room Service
Room was nice, small, but nice. Front desk staff was great, parking wasn't a problem and it was a good location for 16th street mall. We ordered room service for breakfast and it wasn't good. Other than that, a great hotel.

The Crowne Plaza was very helpful. I returned after a night of partying and from what my friends told me they were helpful in getting to my room safely :)

Wonderful Service
Each time we entered the hotel we were offered help with services. When we needed directions, rides or just recomendations on food they were there to help. This was a great choice for my busineess trip and would recommend this place to friends and family. I look forward to going back.

Great location and staff
Fantastic location - walking distance to 16th St mall, Convention Center, and Lightrail. Hotel was very clean, and had friendly staff. Great hotel for the price!

*After reading reviews, I was skeptical.
This was a WONDERFULL HOTEL!!! I had read many many reviews and I wasnt sure if I had made the right decision...but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by a wonderfull fellow who directed me to reception. The check in is at 4pm but they let me check in at 10am....and we got a pass onthe parking cost. The staff was soo nice...the room so comfortable......the BATHROOMS WERE SO CLEANNNNNN.......everyone was great.....and the location of the hotel is perfect! walking distance from food and shopping....they even gave me a great view of the mountains.......I have no regrets about staying at Crowne Plaza and it was a good decision...im not sure why some people wrote the reviews that they did....each and every single staff member greeted us with a smile....I would definitely suggest this hotel to everyone.

The 16th street is just a little walk from the hotel and its an amazing place to walk around and shop at...not too expensive either....it was lovely!!!!

It was the perfect location
The location was great. We visited the Pavilion shopping area where they had a weekend art festival. Shopping, food and entertainment were very close. The Hotel restaurant staff were very pleasant.
