We booked this room online based on the reviews. Wow did I regret that. I can't believe this place hasn't been shut down by the health department. From the street view it looks fine, but when you go around this gigantic complex you will find that half the buildings are collapsing from neglect and decay. The roof has a tarp, some of the stair cases are unsafe to walk on, overall awful scary place. Our room had duct-tape on the door to keep the draft out was a nice touch. Spend the extra $10 and go somewhere else, it is worth it.

AC was out! Staff not real interested- Hotel was outdated and not very secure (really we could see throught the door-no chain lock and old school keys.) Not the best -I think we paid too much!

Really old, broken chairs, really bad plumbing, dirty, disorganized, air conditioning doesn't work - I could go on and on and that's what you should do when you get near this place - just keep going.

It was just OK. Most chains full that night.provided rest but very outdated.

The staff was excellent. The room was clean enough but alot of stains on carpet. Bathroom was small and the water kept switching from cold to really hot back to cold. Shower was real short. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was not working well and the outside temp was 95. I would not stay here again. Thought it was expensive. Stayed in lower priced hotels with better rooms. Lobby smelled musty.

First the room was filthy. Carpet had several large stains. The bath tub was dirty and there was dust on just about everything. Second, we tried to go to bed around 9:30 PM. There was a lot of noise outside but we figured it would stop soon. It did not. And at 11:10 PM we complained. The front desk said they had already received other complaints and were on it. By 11:30 PM the people were still outside and still making a lot of noise. We checked out ask for our money back and drive home to Denver. We worried the whole time about our car being vandalised with the rowdy crowd outside our room as well. There was no way we were going to rest. Not a pleasant experience. The front desk clerk that check us in was not very pleasant. The one that checked us out was nice and acted professionally.

We really enjoyed the court yard and swimming pool. It was well kept, attractive and relaxing. The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, the hotel is accessable to many activities in Grand Junction. The continental breakfast was basic but enough to satisfy.

Great place to stay when touring the Colorado Mesa university

It was a very inexpensive hotel. Great value for the low cost.
