dirty carpets and vinyl siding, no shampoo/conditioner, poor location 3rd floor rear, wake up service never called , no all-night front desk personnel, terrible visibilty from road- hard to find, no ID sign on road, painted-over/patched up junkbox of decor , various stages of general deterioration , hard egress to return to airport , beds marginal comfort. There are simple solutions to these problems.

This hotel was not a place to stay. There were cigarette burn holes on the blankets. There was mold in the bathroom and it was advertised as non smoking and it smelled. The gentleman checking us in was friendly however they charged me for the night because I had a key for two hours. It was not a great place at all. It is owned by Extended Stay they should be ashamed.

The room smelled musty. There were bugs flying around. Our key card randomly stopped working and we went back and forth from our room to the front desk THREE TIMES before they sent someone to let us in our room. Never got our key working again. Overall, an unpleasant stay. But it was cheap and a place to lay our heads for the night before our cruise departed.

The room was as shown and the staff were very friendly.

The room smoked our clothes of cigarettes. The garbage can were in front of our room and cleaned by birds. The staff was polite but not sufficient for service.

I am born & raised here & my air conditioner broke so I needed a place to stay for a few days while it was getting fixed. I chose this hotel because it was close to home & inexpensive. However I had no idea that I could not trust this hotel to take care of not only me but my vehicle too. The very first night I stayed there the passenger side window of my truck & another car parked almost next to me was broken into. The hotel not only did nothing but offered nothing for the vandalism. I had to call several times just to obtain any kind of answer which ended up being "TO BAD". They also stated that there are "liability" signs posted which there are not. SO BEWARE This is NOT a safe or good place to stay. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE OR RECOMMEND IT EVER.

Hotel is not recommended. I waited a long time to check in while the fronk desk personnel had a personal conversation with another person. In addition, on the way to my room, I had to step over two people sleeping in the walkway outside of the rooms. The bed was old and hard. There were only two pillows on the bed and they were as thick as the sheets. I tried calling down for more pillows but the front desk was closed. I didn't know hotels closed the front desk. The shower also dripped constantly!

I was 5 nights .......we reserved not smoking room,,,,,,What we 've got?...SMOKING ROOM!! Housekeeping just came on day to give us 2 towels,,,,never cleaned the room!! Some of the front desk workers have rude manners to communicate,,,,,kn0cking the door with intimidating ways... Never back again,,,,,,,,,we just stay there because already prepay and bussy seasson,,,,,,,,,,,,otherwise,,we run away!!
