BEST WESTERN PREMIER Miami International Airport Hotel & Suites

About 4 miles from MIA but an easy trip from the Car Rental Centre.Virtually no aircraft/tfaffic noise.O.K. as a base for touring S Miami but the immediate locality has little to recommend it.Basically a good first night stop-there is an Airport shuttle run by the Hotel The Restaurant is fine.

The room and hotel had all the amenities that I need as a business traveler. The room had a good WiFi connection, although the round table should be replaced with a desk for more work space. The flat screen HD TV was nice, as was the arm chair with table and lamp for reading. The workout room was nicely equipped. The restaurant in the hotel is convenient, but the food needs a serious upgrade. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and quite large. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast, beautiful breakfast room. A little crowded, since this hotel is very popular with the cruising crowd. People stay there before and after their cruises. Parking was free. Neighborhood a little 'dicey'.

really very nice hotel, everything is just perfect. The comfortable bed and rooms, the staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast. A nice surprise on arrival. Made our visit to Miami a pleasure.

Love te hotel. Excellent room service. I would recommend it to anyone. But the distance was an inconvienence like 25 minutes without traffic

**Good location near the airport. **Very friendly and accomodating front desk staff and housekeeping. **Very clean and quiet **Modern and trendy motif in room **Inexpensive and totally worth the difference between a regular Best Western. If you're looking for a luxury getaway with lots of amenities and services, you will NOT find that here. If you want to explore the Miami area and spend your days (and nights) out on the town with a convenient location to crash at, than it doesn't get better than this! Great service and very clean and trendy atmosphere. Affordable luxury. Comfortable accomodations, amazing price point for what you get.

The gentlemen and lady in the reception were very helpful

On two occasions I asked the staff for help. The first time, I asked Housekeeping to send me some wash clothes since the housekeeper didn't replace the wash clothes that I used. I was told that some one would be right up. They never came. The second time, I told the front desk that the clock/ radio in my room wasn't working correctly. Nothing was done. I mentioned it again the next morning, and I was told that there were buttons on the clock/radio would take care of the problem. I've been staying in hotels for twenty years. I know how clock/radios work. There were no buttons to fix what was wrong. And if there were, my concerns should not have been dismissed with just a generic, "there are buttons for that ."

This hotel was a fairly new facility located in a heavily Latino area south of the Miami airport. The desk staff was "cool-ly polite," although the clerk who registered us initially tried to deny us the free breakfast offered to hotel guests, telling us that it wasn't offered to guests booking through Orbitz. After I protested, he was overruled by a supervisor. The hotel location is fairly convenient to the major freeways and tourist areas of the city, but the immediate surroundings in a high-density commercial area are noisy and unattractive. Ten feet outside of the swimming pool area puts you at the edge of one of the busiest streets in town, constantly full of traffic. Our room was clean and modern, and we had no complaints. The breakfast area off the lobby was jam-packed with guests every morning, and it was a challenge to find a place to sit.
