Super emplacement!
Hotel parfait à South beach!! Très bien plaçé, à une rue de ocean drive et de la plage. Personnel accueillant, chambre faîte tous les jours. Séjour passé avec une amie et on y retournerait sans hésiter!!

Läget är det enda som är bra!
Sov på detta hotellet totalt 10 nätter och jag tackar Gud att jag inte valde fler nätter!! Inte en enda gång byte dem sängkläderna, dem dammsög första dan och efter flera dagar då städerskan ville ha driks och jag inte gav det (för min tanke var att ge det sista dan som man brukar) så struntade hon i att dammsuga. Rummet var inte rent heller när jag fick det, på hörnorna vart det dammigt och toans duscdrapperin var så gammal att den lukade gammal kis. Efter första natten vaknade jag med tre bett på ena axeln, tänkte att det var myggbett, natten efter hade jag fyra till och så gick nätterna och fick bara fler när jag väl gick till apoteket säger hon förvånat....Oj det är nog vägglös!! det var jätte hemsk för dem hade heller inte nåt nytt rum till mig...så jag fick sova där med ångest Rekommenderar det verkligen inte!!!

Great location
Location is perfect, close to the ocean and restaurants, hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

unfreundliches Personal
Auch wenn es sehr billig ist für die Lage, kann man trotzdem erwarten das man gegrüßt wird und nicht bei jeder Frage schief angeschaut. Personal war wirklich sehr unfreundlich, leider!!!

Best location, worst conditions
Couldn't hope for a better location in miami beach, but the shape of the hotel is the worst I have seen so far. Need some serious refurbishing. Having said that, it was pratical, simple and clean. No major issues and the staff was really friendly. Considering the price and location I think it was a great place to be for a small budget.

Nous venons de passer un séjour très agréable avec un personnel des plus sympatiques le petit déjeuner est très copieux ce qui ne gate rien, le seul reproche quon puisse faire c'est l'absence de parking mais malgré ce j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

The rooms have not bee updated since the 70s. There are no amenities but the location is convenient and close to shopping and the beach.

There are hundreds of hotels on the beach, spend as little as 10 dollars more for a room a night and it makes a big difference.

Very friendly staff, excellent location, room and bathroom very clean, wlan was working well, roomdoors are a little bit thin, but the reception locks the frontdoor at night, so security is guaranteed. I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and felt at home. At night it isn't noisy. Next time I will stay at this hotel again.

Petit hôtel sympathique
Le personnel de l'hôtel est agréable, la situation géographique est excellente car la rue Collins se trouve entre Ocean drive (bruyante et chère# avec la plage à 500 mètres, et l'avenue Washington #restaurants moins chers et arrêts de bus 150 (pour l'aéroport), 120 pour Downtown et le bus South local pour se déplacer dans tout South Beach, etc, très pratiques ! Par contre les chambres ont grand besoin d'être rénovées !

Great Location
Very friendly and quite hotel, 24hr front desk rep. I love location (Shops). The only problem i had was from the area the water comes out from the shower was VERY moulded. Other then that the price was right and you get what you pay for ($89.00).
