Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ORLANDO - INTERNATIONAL DRIVE

The hotel staff was friendly, rooms clean!!. BF was also good.

The Hotel is newer and very nice. Would compare well to more expensive hotels I have stayed at. The staff were very professional and curtious. The only problem we experienced is they ran out of food for continental breakfast one morning and did not know what to do. Our complaints were met with smiles and nods???

they have free breakfast and free wifi. but the shuttle to the disney world pick up too early in the evening.

We travel a great deal and have NEVER been to a hotel that had NO Personel in charge. On our first night there happened to be a wedding reception going on - great no problem. Except...we were placed on the first floor where small children (ages 6-11) were running and screaming throughout the hallways without supervision. We calmly asked a couple of times for the children to stop running the halls. The response back from the front desk was I have no control of what they do and there is no Magr. on location tonight. We talked with parents at the wedding who said they would take care of it. My husband got out of bed two more times to ask them to control their children. The 3rd time my husband had to march down there he was not pleased. A group of Indian men from the party said kids will be kids and then proceeded to size up my husband preparing to start a fight. The hotel at this time was out of control. Never again will we stay at a Holiday Inn express! We got very little sleep that night and were planning on moving our reservaions to a new hotel when we were assured that that group was leaving that day. When you've marched throughout the Disney Theme Parks all day the last thing you need is to fight for a little peace and quiet at 11:30 at nigt.

Hotel was new and clean and location was good, but the sign for the hotel was so small that we missed it the first time. I picked this hotel because it had breakfast buffet included and had good reviews by other travelers. Breakfast was not as good as I've had in some other hotels, but with little children it worked out OK. Their advertised high speed internet was a real disappointment, it was so unreliable and slow. Rooms weren't very soundproof, could hear the neighbors talking or watching TV in the middle of the night plus hearing when people arriving to their rooms. Cleanliness and interior decor of the hotel were the best about it.It was an OK hotel, but next time I would stay somewhere else.

I was with my son on vacation, I booked a 2 bed room I got a 1 bed room. Needless to say I was not happy about that. Hotel did nothing about it.

It was a very clean Hotel with all the amenities, but unfortunately it was a very noisy place to lay my head. I only booked for one night and thank god I did!!! The other travelers on my floor were anything but courteous and respectful. I could only take so much of the noise. It had started around 10:30pm and continued on till 3:00am. Put in a call to the office, they sent someone, then 30 minutes later, same thing....kids running up and down the hallway, people talking on their cell phones in the hallway ( at 2:00am) doors slamming at all hours. If it would have been quiet, I actually would have enjoyed my stay.. I would definetely have to pass on this particular Hotel for my next visit to Orlando!!!

The location of the place is excellent. Take a few steps and you are in International Drive where you can take the bus to go to the different points of interests, like shoping, sea world, etc. The room was clean, and they clean everyday. The staff was friendly.

We were visiting the Disney World in Orlando. We decided to stay in this hotel after reading many reviews for meny different hotels and this one was the winner: the price, free breakfast, very good lokation,how it looks inside (rooms are very comfourtable). Everything that people wrote about it was 100% truth. We took with us a little GPS and we found it very easy (about 20 min from airport).Around lot of places were you can go to eat(you can walk if you want :) and all parks and studios about 10 min away (if to drive). Our room was very clean, nice and warm. Nice king size bad! And free breakfast! Everything was just fine!!!

Rooms were clean, location convenient but I have never seen a continental breakfast shut down so promptly when the hotel is full. When time is short we try to stay where there is a breakfast of sorts for convenience but this time we ended up in restaurants anyway. There were plenty of options if you went down when it opened. It didn't matter that they shut it down promptly though because the food was not replenished. Although there seemed to be two individuals working the area the tables never got wiped until it shutdown or you asked. The tables were dirty every morning.
