Nice hotel near the airport
I stayed at this hotel on the last day of my trip because I had an early morning flight. The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful and room had a comfortable beds, a refrigerator and all the things I needed as a businessman. However, the only bad point is there is not much around the hotel. I did not have a car so I was limited in where I could go. Fortunately the hotel recommended an excellent restaurant only a 5 minute walk away. It was excellent. With a car there are many choices with a 1-2 mile range. The hotel airport shuttle was prompt and got me to the airport in plenty of time.

a great place to stay
1. room is spacious and comfortable 2. breakfast is good except no fruit everyday 3. it would be better if there are more parking spaces. 4. very quiet. 5. a little bit far but convenient to Disney world and universal studio.

I arrived late in the evening and the Staff was extremely helpful and courteous to me. The room was very comfortable. The only negative I really had was the shower. There was very little water pressure and hard to rinse soap out of hair.

Very accomodating!!
I had a very nice room. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Only complaint was the noise from the airport but I expected that. Would definately stay there again.

Horrible stay
The website lies about what is near the location. Housekeeping stole my iPod and the hot was nt accomodating is doing anything about it. Also, the staff was rude. You have to ask if you want your room cleaned. The pool was never cleaned and filthy.

They were quick to send the shuttle once I called. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good variety, and I was asked if everything was fine. They seem to care and want to please. I'm very happy and would visit them again. Thanks!
