Nice one night stay
Stayed at the hotel one night, great room, clean and comfortable.Room service and minibar price out of this world, so eat and drink elsewhere if possible. Shuttle from the airport was fast after I had to call a second time for it. Overall good hotel to stay.

For Tampa, this is the best hotel that I Have stayed in, but you can go across the Bay and stay at the Carillon Hilton for half the price. Between $18 daily valet and $30 breakfast of eggs and toast, not worth it. If I am spending that amount of money I want a water view room and a spa.

Fantastic Downtown Hotel
Staff was very helpful. Location to downtown and Raymond James Stadium was excellent! Amenities and parking were also good. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to other travelers to Tampa.

Very Disappointed
I stayed here as well as several family members in different rooms. The front desk staff was rude except for one person I dealt with upon check out; the rooms were very hot and uncomfortable; staff walked into my daughter's room (she is an adult# and questioned whether she belonged there... it was an overall bad experience not just for me, but everyone that was in my party #6 separate rooms)

Disappointed
Staff at checkin was snippy and curt. A simple query was dismissed out of hand. The room was clean and serviceable,however the fact that the refrigerator was fully stocked by the hotel not allowing guests access without incurring a steep restocking charge, makes one wonder if the hotel management is concerned about the comfort of its guests.
