Excellent for the price
Nice spacious rooms, clean. Hotel staff friendly. Complementary breakfast excellent. Easy ride to and from the airport.

Wasn't the worst place I've stayed but definately not the best. Tollerable for a night but wouldn't stay longer than that. Staff was helpful and friendly though.

Disgusting stay at Best Western Hotel
My experience was not rewarding because. the tub had a bath mat that was glued with black mold and mildew around it..very unsanitary.. also the door to the trash room was left open , it was disgusting, each time I came out of the room , this was the sight that I had to look at. I will never stay at a Best Western Hotel again.

A crash pad if you need one
The hotel was unexceptional and the room was disappointing. The worst part was being given a smoking room (being the last to check in for the night, I had no choice), which smelled just awful. Otherwise, the room was clean. Breakfast was a turn-off. The room could use a renovation and some new decor. I wouldn't stay there again.

wonderful me time!
While visiting family I n Hampton, I wanted to take some personal time for myself. Best Western was the perfect hotel! The Jacuzzi in the room was very relaxing. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! I would definitely return. If I stayed longer,I would have liked a fitness room. Also, the building was older and renovations were in progress so I couldn't open the curtains, but that was the only thing I would change.
