Chicago getaway
Everything was great about this hotel except for the room temperature. Could not get the room to cool off at night no matter what we did to the temperature control. Hotel was aware of problem but couldn't seem to fix it. Location, cleanliness, and free parking was perfect.

FREE PARKING!!
Best value - great location and free parking. We were able to get right in and then a good location for the downtown scene - can walk anywhere. Beds good, and not all that noisey for where it was. I wish there was a simple breakfast bar - but value was still good. I would go again.

Great Location & Free Parking!!!!!
Great location in downtown Chicago with free parking!!!! We walked everywhere. Older building but it had very nice updates...nice bedding, nice tv, free wi-fi, nice desk & chair. We just wish that it had a fridge. We will definitely be staying here again!!!!

downtown Chicago stay
Overall favorable. The location was good for us because we had business in downtown Chicago the next morning. Free parking is good. One suggestion for the Best Western place: Serve a simple continental breakfast --toast, cereal, juice, coffee. Not only coffee. That would solve the morning quick breakfast problem for the Best Western guests, but would not cost much for Best Western. Also, change the rugs for a new, lighter color. The rugs are worn and drab.

Location is Great!
We loved the location of this hotel! It is right across the street from the Rock N Roll McDonalds, the Rainforest Cafe and from Portillo's. The staff is very friendly. My boys loved Wallace, the concierge!! We would stay here again just because of him!

Great Location, Friendly Staff
The room itself was ok - beds were not the comfiest. It was kind of odd that we had to leave the lobby, if you could call it that, and go outside to catch the lift to our room. However, the location was awesome. Super close to loads of great restaurants and attractions. Perfect place to stay if your looking to attend a show at the House of Blues. Also definitely appreciated the free parking! Everyone on staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

One day in Chicago!
Very good. It would have been even better if the hotel would have been less expensive :-). Having a free parking is its best quality. I will stay there again.
