Pefect Getaway!
I have stayed at almost every hotel in Chicago.... ( at one time or another). For us... the Sofitel Hotel has that cool European vibe. Our suite had a fantastic view of downtown. Room service was prompt beyond believe. The location is prime! There isn't anything that I would change. Overall satisfaction.... perfect!

The Sofitel was amazing. The room
The Sofitel was amazing. The room was spotless, massive LCD tv, great desk, very fast internet, great views, and amazing amenities. My wife loved the french soaps they supply, and the robes and slippers. I loved the breakfast in bed, the food was amazing. Definately a cool vibe as well in the lobby bar and restaurant. I will definately be staying again. I actually liked that it wasn't right on Michigan Ave, as there was no road noise as I was only on 11th floor.

Great place to stay in Chicago
Our three day vacation in chicago was wonderful. The Sofitel's location is great. The location is quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The flower arrangements in the lobby were interesting and unique along with the fragrance of the hotel lobby.

Great location, beautiful lobby. We thought the bedding and bed were very comfortable. Nice view. Nice bathroom, although the shower stall felt small.

Relaxing, first class experience
Concierge was very helpful and staff was very pleasant and courteous. We enjoyed the lobby decor with fresh flowers displayed daily. Food in the dining room was very good, but rather expensive.
