Great hotel, noise questionable

The hotel was fabulous and the room was well above expectations. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room service food was prompt and tasted great. The one major downfall was the outside noise. We stayed in a room with a window and it was a Saturday and it was extremely noisy due to the crowds at the KCP&L area. Staff tried to locate a fan to help with the noise, but were unable to do so. Other than noise at night keeping is awake, the hotel was great.

Wonderful weekend

The hotel is very chic and had only been open for a week when we visited. We loved it! The room was gorgeous, especially the bathroom and shower. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I feel they went above and beyond any service I had experienced elsewhere. We were a little disappointed that they did not yet have dining service availabe, but the staff gave us an excellent recommendation. The hotel is located in the Light and Power district which is a vibrant area of downtown KC. We can't wait to go back!
