BEST WESTERN Route 66 Rail Haven

Room was not ready at check-in. Reserved a premium room and was placed next to Glenstone. Traffic noise all night.

We were really tired after driving 10 hours, but the bed was not very soft. Also, this hotel room did not look anything like the pictures. It was clean, but no frills and old carpeting. Half of our TV stations were fuzzy and snowy, but we didn't stay up long, so we didn't complain. The breakfast area was very tiny, so we passed on it. This hotel is OK for a one night stay, but that is it.

hotel lists a micrfrg? but there was no microwave of refrigerator in the room. asked for a credit card for incidenatals at check in and then charged me for the 2 nite stay on it.[...] booked a smoking room, because nothing else was left, even tho we dont smoke and they had me sign that i would pay $100 if i smoked in a non smoking room.door entry cards didnt work after the room was cleaned the first day so we were locked out.were a little bit mixed up here but it was decent not spik and span clean but the location works for the event we go to.

The first room smelled like someone was smoking in it but it was a no smoking room. Plus the keys was not working for that room. Then they upgraded us to another room but it was musky smell. The breakfast was good but need a bigger place to eat in. It was close to every place.

the rooms were nice but the neighbors were not.they were noisey in to the late nights until security had to be called.the front desk said they would be gone by the next day and they were not.we had to ask for another room.we were inconveniced,not the ones who cause the problem. on another note,the staff was very nice.the pool and jacuzzi were nice

the location was great basicaly in middle of town theres great attractions either way like bass pro 5 miles to the south of the motel and other great reasturants to the north like fire and ice. however for the price i thought the rooms was a bit small but i just loved the furniture that it was decerated in. my only complaint was the toillet didn't work werth a darn. i did find some food in the freezer in the room as well. overall i would stay again and recommend this motel

We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was that our room had lots of dust. My daughters and I have allergies and we were waking up sick but would get better after we left the hotel. So, on our 2nd day there, I went on a search to find what was triggering our allergies. I wiped my hand across the headboard and my hand was totally covered in dust. When I showed this to the manager he was very apologetic and we ended up getting one night taken off our charges. The free breakfast was okay, but they didn't have alot to choose from. We loved the old cars, an old telephone booth and gas pumps from the 60's. This was our 4th trip for a karate tournament. We always stay the whole weekend and go to the zoo and the museums. It's a nice family weekend getaway. Despite the dust, this was a very nice hotel and we will probably use it again next year. It would have been nice though if they had done something special for breakfast for Mother's Day.

The only complaint we have is that the room smelled heavily of disinfectant. The area and quietness were fine.

Check in was labored. I arrived and was told they had to go check the room to see if it was ready. The room was ok. A little dated. Check out went well. I was charged less that I had prepaid. Unknown if I will get a refund of the extra I paid.

WFI signal was very weak, practically useless.
