It was a great hotel at a great location. The room and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The girl at the front desk could be more friendlier and could use a smile..... Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Speaking for myself - the customer service at the registration desk was not good. The person did not provide us with any details of the hotel.For example, use of the pool. This was totally different then the other hotel we used in L.V. Also, we asked for a view of the fountain and what we got was a view of a parking lot with a small view of the fountain. So, felt this was a misrepresentation.

First Time.
My first time at Bellagio and loved every minute of it, the service is good, to give an example; the day of checking out I went to front desk asking if I can stay two hours longer than the checkout normal time and how much will I be charged, she said you can stay for free and will not be charged.

Mothers Day Outing!
This hotel is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. The room, the lobby, the casino were all top notch, extremely clean and furnished. I would highly recommend the Bellagio to anyone that wants a 5 star hotel at an affordable rate.

Great all round hotel.
No complaints regarding hotel or location, only comment would be shame there is no tea or coffee making facilities in room as wherever you are in the hotel it is a long trek in the morning to get a tea or coffee to ame ack to your room.

Shopping short walk but takes long time due to road crossings. either slow traffic control, or escalator ride up and over bridge and down other side. So skew it quite a long walk.

Supercross getaway with out teenage sons!!
Not a kid friendly hotel! A lot of the staff acted like you worked for them not the other way around! My sons were harassed by security Everytime they weren't with us! The oldest is almost 18! To the point that the security guard argued with our son when he was asked to show his room key to get on the elevator and the security guard argued with him that it wasn't the right key and another guest had to show him hers and say "yes his key is the right one because she had the same colored key!! Other than the kid friendliness, very nice hotel otherwise!

Get 24hr bus pass next to Bellagio for all day bus travel for entire strip and Freemont (Old Vegas)! Well worth it. Destinations seem close by viewing, but always much further than they appear on map or seen by signs!
