Flamingo Las Vegas

The staff was great, I did ask for a Non Smoking room and they did not have one when I arrived. So I had to sleep in a smokers room...(It was really bad) But They promised to move me the next day and after some dealing... I got a good room, Was clean and smelled fine. It is older but overall it was a great place. Had A Great Massage in the spa and that was first Calss.....

It was a wonderful travling experience, from start to finish. Can't wait to do it again.

I enjoyed the whole hotel but the only complaint I have is checking in and the checking out. The wait was way to long. Standing in line for 45 minutes to an hour for a room, which I did not request was a little upsetting due to the fact we were there on our honeymoon. Anyway the room mix up was fixed by your staff and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks for the great service.

Second time i stayed at the Flamingo and will be definitely be returning. Love the pool and the location is perfect. In the heart of the Strip.

My husband and I had a blast at the swimming pool for adults.

Put my mother in law up here along with all my friends for the wedding. We stayed at Caesars, but were surprised at how Flamingo was a pretty good hotel too. The GO room we got upgraded to for free (no king beds available so we got the GO room for free for 5 days), was a really cool room. The TV was a BIG LCD, bigger than what we had in a Deluxe Caesars room. The bathroom had a TV in the mirror if you can believe it. The room was clean and had a great veiw of the bellagio fountains... for the money this was a great place.

Hotel was nice. It was nothing special. But you are in VEGAS and how much time are you in the room anyway. I called in advance and "thought" I had reserved two beds and non-smoking. Upon check-in I was informed that it was "first come, first serve." Nice. They only had smoking but would upgrade me for $30 per night to the Jr. Suite. I had no choice. The pool is nice. But the GO pool ($10 per head for guys- "European Style Pool") is the way to go. Get there by 10 AM to get a chair. It wasn't nearly as crowded, the atmosphere was great, and it was simply a good time. The location of the hotel is very good on the Strip so you are very close to plenty of attractions. I highly recommend the Carnival Court next to Harrahs!

The Flamingo is a great value and it's location is right in the middle of all the action of the Strip.

we acquiesced to accepting a "smoking" room so that we could "Check in" before our time. Nice gesture, but BIG MISTAKE." Had we spent any amount of time in the room but for sleep, we would have had to leave. For a renovated room, it smelled as if it had not been cleaned since "Bugsy" last stayed! In addition, the air conditioning was very poor. The staff at best was luke warm to our presence. With all this being said, we were going to stay an additional night albeit in another room. That is until I approached the male clerk at the desk the morning of our scheduled departure to inquire about the availability and cost of an additional nights stay. Put out by our request, he did manage to look up the information and informed me that my cost would be 90 some dollars. I suggested that the internet would give me a cheaper rate and asked could he work with us.......... he kurtly responded that I should just go to the internet........and i did....... and booked another hotel! my point is that he was not helpful in the least. No suggestion that i talk to a slot host, or inquire about the amount spent in this establishment. It simply put me off... and they were not the only hotel in town during a down turn in the economy!!! Never again.

The hotel could have been a little cleaner in the halls but the room was okay and our view was great. Overall it was a good value.
