Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino

The suite (720 SQ Ft) was undeniably over the top with the marble, granite and rich wood trim. Oh yes and the 3 TVs. We stayed one night to get the feel of Italy, and we were not dissapointed.The hotel and the connecting hotel, the Venitian were spectacular in their replication of some of Italy's splendor. However not as good as the real thing. I was dissapointed in the non-stop attempt to get your money. For the price of the room, you would expect maybe a free bottle of water or some snacks.. the snacks and water were there .. but at an outrageous price..I also felt that the staff was very detached and impersonal. Next time I will opt for a less expensive, less opulant room and enjoy the sights by walking from place to place. The value , in my opinion, does not justify the price.

repeat guests and was great.Mix of partiers and parents staying.kids at pool usually when we stay unless you go to azul or tao pool. rent a car was about 30 a day and valet park we gave 2 in/ out for tip for free parking .

Our room was terrific. Very large, nicely appointed and extremely comfortable with an impressive view of the Wynn golf course. Location on Strip in close proximity to other great hotel casinos and retail / entertainment venues is hard to beat. Entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous from check-in to check-out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a 5-star Vegas experience.

Excellent service starts with the valet service to park the car. Multiple restaurants with excellent food. Only few things to complain - the air-conditioner shuts off or goes up to 73deg at night even though it was set to 70 deg. Watch out the self check out. Once you push the button the plastic key does not work any more. So do it as the very last thing before you leave. Will recommend to any one who wants to get a relaxing vacation.

I only stayed 24 hrs but this was a great hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms were very clean. Most comfortable bed ever! Linda at registration desk was the Best! Highly recommend Palazzo.

Great room for reasonable rate. Lots of great restaurants. Lots of lounge chairs by the pool.

We had a great family time in this hotel. Our room is clean and modern.

All in all I fully endorse The Palazzo. The room was clean, roomy, well furnished and had great views. I was in town for a bachelor party - there were about 12 of us staying in multiple rooms at the hotel. The rooms were big enough for us to hang out together before going out so we could finalize dinner and late night plans for the night. The Azure pool area was a great experience. I recommend getting a pool villa if you are in a big group. The casino, bars and restaurants in the hotel were exceptional. Would stay there again.

I have been a visitor of this hotel many times but never a guest. The staff was amazing from start to finish. I was welcomed with a smile and friendly gesture and from that point on my stay was exactly what I was hoping for. I would love to stay at this hotel again if the opportunity is presented to me.
