Comfortable and clean
This hotel was a very good location for us. We were visiting family near Greenpoint. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and it served a nice breakfast. The only slight problem is that it has the slowest elevator in the world (but at least it works)!

IT is a good price for a hotel which is close to Manhattan (10 minutes of driving from Manhattan) We had a room on the fifth floor. It was comfortable and big enough. I worried about quality for this price, but I was satisfied. I would choose this hotel again next time

Very old and dirty Hotel
We stayed their for 1 week and are happy to leaf the hotel. It´s cold, loud, dirty and old. The Breakfast was OK. The location is perfect. only 20 minutes by walk and subway to GrandCentral Station. It´s possible to drive by car to the subway station too.

Very good hotel for its price
Everything was very good, breakfast is good enough and tasty. The only problem is long distance from subway, but they offer free taxi transfer once a day.

This hotel is in a great location and well worth the price. I could do without the smell of cigarettes in the hallway, but other than that, everything else was good.

There are plenty of dining options around. The pizza at Marabella's off of greenpoint is good and there are other options around the area.

Good value
This hotel offers good value for the money. It's close to the city and they offer free transportation to the subway every half hour. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was ok with an assortment of fresh fruit, bagels, donuts, cereal and make your own waffles. I would definitely stay here again.
