Service was quite good. Lumpy, soft bed which was uncomfortable. Had to keep asking gor teabags and milk as only one teabag was provided of the type we use - there were two of us staying. Had to ring Guest Services to keep topping these up but they were prompt in bringing them.

Just walk when you can. Taxis can take a while to get and some drivers rude and aggressive. Some great cafes and restaurants on 9th Avenue.

We wanted to be close to Time's Square and Broadway, and this hotel was within walking distance. The staff was more than helpful with show tickets. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel.

Great Value
The rooms were small with no frills, but clean and the bed was comfortable. Would have enjoyed having a swimming pool at the facility.

"First Trip to New York City"
Overall we found our room comfortable,especially the bed & pillows. The one thing that was an annoyance was their room darkening drapes don't shut because of the air conditioner. So you just have the sheers. Which is not enough in the summer when we wanted to sleep in a bit after walking all over NYC seeing the sights.Good location though;close to things without the chaos of being right on Times Square.

Four Points Times Square
The best part was the location. Within walking distance to subway, theatre district, and restaurants. Room was average, but facilities were clean, hotel personnel very cordial and helpful.

The Hotel location was questionable, but the hotel itself was really nice. The beds were awesome; I wish I had luggage large enough to take my bed back home with me... LOL
