New York Marriott Marquis

Our room was comfortable, clean and roomy. It was the ultimate in convenient for the New York tourist ~ so nice to be able to base ourselves in Time Square and stop by the hotel any time we needed/wanted to. The hotel staff was friendly and discreet. We never had to wait for an elevator and in a hotel this size that is a major bonus!

This hotel is in the perfect location to experience NYC!!!! Right in the heart of Times Square - we were able to quickly have access to all types of transportation and everything we could possibly need was in walking distance. The hotel service was incredible and beyond classy! The elavators and lobby alone are to die for!!!!

We planned a last minute trip [...]to New York for the NIT Quarter & Semi finals (Go Shockers!). We stayed at the Marriot Marquis which is a beautiful hotel that overlooks Time Square. The room we had was wonderful, as well as their service. We ordered room service one night and ate in one of their restaurants a night. We were traveling with a 6 month old and staying there made the trip a breeze. The city of New York is also beautiful so much to see and do but good luck getting a taxi. We had to wait over 15 minutes a number of times outside the hotel for one. Other than that our experience was amazing and we can't wait to go back!

The location of the hotel is right in the middle of everything! We can only say good things about our trip to NYC! After a very busy day, the beds were wonderful--we had the best night's rest!

The hotel was fantastic! The location was prime, guest services superb, rooms very comfy...couldn't ask for a better experience.

One of the best Hotel experiences Ive had- excellent service- everyone was friendly, kind helpful etc....-the view from our window to times square was great-a memorable experience for me and my girl (her first time In NYC)

My high school girlfriends and I traveled to NYC to enjoy the sights and spend time together. We loved the Marriott, everyone was very nice and the location made everything we wanted to do very accessible. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the middle of the excitement of the city!

The hotel is located where you can walk out the front door and get to anything you want to do. It was very clean and the staff was very helpfull. We are going to go back next year and I will stay at the Marquis. I will recommend this hotel.

reeds 2 keer in dit hotel verbleven, en de locatie alleen al is prachtig, je kan niet meer in het centrum van NY zitten. Ontbijt in het hotel aan de dure kant, maar op straat kan je overal ontbijten! een absolute aanrader!! perfecte uitvalsbasis om new york te bezoeken. Allready been 2 times in this hotel, the location is amazing! i recommend this to everyone!!

My primary concern during the planning of our 4-day celebratory trip to New York City for my graduating daughter and two of her friends was to book a memorable hotel close to the areas we'd most like to see. The price was more than I could truly afford, but my goal was to create a life-long positive memory choosing to bite the bullet in other areas. Smart move! The longest walk to one of the three show's we attended was three blocks, This gave us more time to explore Times Square (right out the front door), to shop every store our daughter had hoped to visit - again 3 blocks, and was a short jaunt to Central Park. On the day we decided to move outside our little enclave to visit everything from the Statue of Liberty to the World Trade Center the concierge provided the materials and advice to ensure we'd get to each point via the complex transit system. The views outside our windows were postcards and the comfortable rooms allowed us to recharge our batteries in preparation for the next day. We ate one breakfast and dinner in the hotel to save time, and again found our meals to be first rate and competitively priced with other area restaurants. Phenomenal work-out facility but could have used a pool / jacuzzi. Our goal to provide a stress-free, positive life-long memory was accomplished.
