Short walk from hotel
The Marriott is in the theatre area, so it is just a short walk to most of the big shows and musicals. Also "restaurant row' is just a short walk away and there is plenty to see right on Times Square which is right in front of the hotel.

"Unforgetable Experience"
This hotel is great and is in a great location. it had exceeded my expectations.It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. We took a three hour boat cruise on the Hudson, went to see the Lion King show nearby, took a city bus tour which was awesome, rode the subway to the financial district and of course enjoyed the many sights and scenes on broadway. We had a wonderful, wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I was fascinated by the state-of-the art elevator system. The View Lounge at the rop of the hotel was spectacular. Great view of the city, especially at night time. It was an awesome experience, one I will never forget. I am definately considering doing it again.

Great hotel in the heart of the city
This was our 3rd trip to New York City. These were the best accomodations and best location. We enjoyed dinner at The View Restaurant and enjoyed the view of the city from there. The 2 Starbucks locations at the hotel were convenient. It was nice to walk to the 2 Broadway shows we went to as well as being able to walk to some fine restaurants. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Best Weekend Ever
Great Location, conveniently located in the heart of Times Square. It was surprisingly quiet--perhaps great insulation or design. The hustle and lights of the city were visible but it was quiet.

Walk! From this hotel, you can walk to Central Park, visit different neighorhoods like Hells Kitchen and experience any cultural event...get out and walk instead of waiting for cab, subway or bus.

Location! Location! Location!
This hotel is AWESOME! Right in the heart of Times Square, but no noise! Huge rooms, wonderful beds, very clean, very friendly staff. Great experience. Will stay there when we go back!!! Highly recommend for families of 5 or under.

Perfect location. Great service!!
We go to NYC every year from the West Coast for plays and museums and to eat great food, stay up late and experience NYC. This is a perfect perfect location. The hotel is great -- the bar and restaurant on the 48th floor is the ultimate! Everything you could want for a NYC experience you can easily access from this hotel. I have only accolades. Most everything is close enough to walk to, and if you don't like to walk the subways are close and the cabs are at the door. Time Square is out of the front door. Never a dull moment.

fall break trip
Great location and friendly service. Large clean rooms. Close to the subways and walking distance to alot of attractions. Our teenager thought Times Square was great!

We did not spend much time in the hotel. It was our sleeping quarters and it was sufficient. I really enjoyed the view from my room. I could look out at Times Square and see all the people outside. I would stay there again. The location was safe and convenient. We took the Greyline bus tours and one of the stop was in front of the hotel. The gym also was nice for those who like to workout.

Amazing fun trip
The hotel made this first time N.Y. trip an amazing experience. Location was great, rooms were wonderful and the staff made sure our stay was special. One of our ladies hurt her leg and the maid that came to clean the room made her feel so special. I don't think I would stay anywhere else!!

Get the double decker tour buses. The get on and off, the tour guides helpfulness and the courtesy with which you are treated make it worth the price.
