My new favorite hotel in NYC!
My daughter and I were in NYC for an audition for her. I booked a room at the Park Central Hotel, having never stayed before but I am a frequent traveler to NYC for business and pleasure. We loved it! Friendliest staff from the doorman, the gentleman that checked us in, the bellmen, the concierge....everyone. We will stay only there from now on! Loved it!!

Fantastic location and price!
We had a lovely time at this hotel. The location is perfect! Walking distance to Times Square, MOMA, Central Park, Radio City Music Hall... its perfect! Very clean rooms, staff was alright- not rude but not overly friendly. Only thing that turned me off, was the random phone calls to the room at 7am.

Great experience!
The hotel was in a great location - couldnt get any better! The hotel staff was great, some better than others The room had a couple of things that could be updated and wouldnt be too costly to improve overall experience

Good value, Nice Room
Good sized room, clean, close to everything Manhattan has to offer. Busy place--staff was hands off, which was ok. Wi-fi was extra which I would not equate with a 4-star hotel--though I did get a screaming deal on the room, so an extra $14 for internet access was certainly not the end of the world.

great location. Our room was clean and the service was good. There was no kettle, so we had to boil the water to make a cup of tea in the coffee peculator. De cafe coffee was not routinely provided, but these were minor issues. Comfortable base to explore New York

Very comfortable and convenient
The hotel is at a great location, walking distance from the Theater District and good transportation. The room was larger than others in NYC and were quite please. Will stay there again!

Extraordinary
The hotel room was very clean, a good size and extremely quiet. The extraordinary part comes in when we stupidly left the room safe wide open - filled with valuables. I called the hotel and was immediately connected to security. The security officer was on the ball, said he would immediately double lock the room, but it would not be available to housekeeping. We didn't care. When we returned to the hotel that night, the security officer showed up to open the room in less than 2 minutes. We discovered that not only had housekeeping already cleaned the room, but the contents of the safe were absolutely untouched. Bravo.

Westerly Market at 54th + 8th. The best healthy grocery store. Great homemade soups. We prefer it to Whole Foods.
