Good price, decent location, free internet and free breakfast.

Very convenient to Madison Square Garden. Nice bagel store next door.

I liked the hotel. It as in a great spot for Ny to see what I wanted to and close to my office

The location was fantastic - very close to Penn Station and subways and a short, easy walk to Times Square. It was our first trip to NYC, so the convenience was ideal. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day. The rooms were a little small and outdated, but not bad.

I made the reservations, but my girlfriend checked in before me and left the spare key at the front desk for me. When I arrived, they wouldn't give me the key without first contacting her. When we checked out, we asked to store our bags for a few hours until our train left. They charged $5 per bag, which I thought was a bit beneath a Wyndham. The rooms were nice and the location is great, approx. 2 blocks from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station.

Went shopping for wedding gowns, canal street and theatre, perfect location, enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, great staff, i will go back again and recommend to others, this was a weekend to remember, and the hotel was a part of it........ I love New York!!

My last trip to NYC was on business and I found the Wyngate Manhattan hotel to be perfect in so many ways; the location was great, near many sights and near the major subway lines, and the staff so helpful and professional. I will definitely be staying there again!

The staff was friendly and helpful. They held our bags for a small fee the day we checked out. They also allowed us to check in at 1030 when we had taken an overnight flight to get in. We were able to nap in our room for no extra cost. The staff gave us locations and times for buses to get where we wanted to go in the city. There was a yummy restaurant connected to the hotel. The hotel was very clean. My only complaint was that the fan was inopperable in the bathroom. They turned all the fans off (to save money or something?) which made it muggy in the room after showers.

We were pleasantly surprised by this jewel of a hotel so near Times Square. It was very clean and the employees friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant had delicious food. The rooms were small, but we didn't care. We were just there to sleep. We were only a 5 minute walk to Times Square and felt very safe all the way. There were many restuarants and stores within a block, including Starbucks and Macy's department store. I definitely recommend this hotel. The only drawback? Our room was right next to the ice machine and that was a bit noisy.
