La Quinta Inn & Suites Houston Bush IAH South

The rooms weren't good or bad, just okay. But the noise, LOUD. We stayed here after a cruise. We stayed somewhere else before the cruise. It was a little further away, but also had a free shuttle. It was much more comfortable. This place had load beeping going all night, I presume from the shuttle and planes so loud I thought I was on the runway. We not be returning.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and a decent price compared to the surrounding hotels. We checked in just fine, but when we went to take showers before bed there was only scalding hot water to the whole room- shower and sink! We called the front desk and they said they could submit a "service ticket" for maintenance at 8am- we had to leave at 5:30am to catch a flight so that did us no good. I went downstairs to speak face to face about the problem and the staff was no help. They said there wasn't a single other room they could move us to and no other shower facilities in the whole place. Furthermore, they could do nothing to refund our money so that we could find a new hotel! Not even a discount. I paid full price for a hotel room I couldn't even shower in! I will never stay at this hotel ever again. Complete waste of money!

The hotel is literally down the road from the airport. You can take the complimentary shuttle offered by the hotel. If you have a car rental, there are gas stations right before the airport to fill up. I was only there for a few hours. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly. It's a little noisy due to the proximity of the airport, but I'm an aviation fanatic so I loved it. I left right before 5am for my flight and suprisingly breakfast was already prepared. I wasn't expecting it since I believe it starts at 6am. I ate real quick and was on my way. FREE parking, wifi, and breakfast are all excellent. For the price, it can't be beat.

I was there for a night for connecting flight. everything's very good except one. I arrived at IAH after 12AM, I wanted to take free shuttle but they didn't offer then, Cause there were few users. If this is informed before there would be no inconvenience. Anyway, this is good place to stay. I satisfied.

NO shuttle after 10PM !!! I must pay 15 USD for taxi. Then room no.419 I cannot open, so they changed me room. I cannot go to bed 30 minutes. But staff perfect.

We got picked up by a nice man with the last shuttle bus. He even took us to a drive-thru for a late dinner! The services at the front desk were easy and staff were friendly when we ask for extra amenities. The room and bathroom were very clean. We would stay there again!

Greeted by a great staff, got a first floor room per my request, great bed, nice shower. But the A/C wouldn't turn down. Froze to death, but with the Texas summer around the corner, I'm allright with it.

Came up to Houston to see Dave Matthews and the hotel was very nice and easy to access. Very clean and nice location. It was a really nice place at a great price.
