Delton Grand Resort and Spa

This was our third stay at this resort. The four bedroom, four bath is perfect for our family of seven adults and three kids. It is well maintained and offers a ton of amenities - indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor fire pit, and beach. It is also within walking distance to Noah's Ark water park. Even though there is not daily maid service, the staff is extremely friendly and responsive to any requests. We encountered a few minor issues. First, we paid double what we paid the previous two years for the same weekend in the same unit. Second, the resort is non-smoking, yet our upstairs neighbors smoked out on their balcony, which drifted to ours. We also had a noise issue with these neighbors. The chairs on the balconies make loud noises when moved. These folks didn't seem to ever sit still...well into the night! As mentioned, these are minor compared to the pure enjoyment and comfort we get at Delton Grand. Would highly recommend.

It was a peaceful place to stay..! I would recommend a stay here to anyone looking for a getaway for some r&r! They didn't have a gym but everything else was what I was looking for.. away from all the tourist and attractions but close enough to get to when I wanted to be bothered..

My overall experience at the hotel was poor to say the least. The room was not ready on time and we had to wait an hour before it was ready and the staff was less than accomadating . The room was not very clean at all, and the bathroom had mildew in it. The fireplace did not work and the televisions were terrible.

Rhapsody is a hidden gem just a few minutes from everything the Dells offers. We stayed in a theme suite that overlooked the lake. The room was in perfect condition, very clean, and the shower and jacuzzi were a nice touch. Everyone was very friendly and respected our privacy. If you have a chance, check out the Rhapsody Spa, you wont regret it!

Perfect private retreat for two or for family. Clean, cozy, modern (with waterview) condo. Just right when 2 people need to get away all year round. No in house restaraunt, but all types near by.

We had a very nice weekend at the Rhapsody as part of our Wisconsin Dells vacation. We stayed in a one bedroom one bath condo unit. It was absolutely gorgeous. The entire condo was clean and modern. The shower was to die for! We had a fantastic view of the beach also! The only downside was that the pool was by the other units, maybe a block away. Also housekeeping wasn't provided unless you requested it. And they did not have a gym/workout area. Other than that, it was a beautiful resort and we definitely would go back again!

We loved the room and the service was great. We came in late at night after attending a funeral and they did everything possible to make things easy for us. There were aunts in the kitchen that we had to clean up, and we mentioned it to the staff who had someone in to kill them that day. We loved sitting on the patio watching the lake full of boats and kids getting pulled jet skiing and tubing. But, our hotel room was always peaceful, and easy to find time to take a little nap during the day.

The room we had was quite comfortable and well equipped. We had a 1 BR lakefront condo, however the resort occupys a large area, and the lakefront cottages were roughly 2 blocks away from the indoor pool and outdoor pools. The outdoor pool appeared to be ready, however was not open until the following, Memorial Day weekend, which we were expecting. The biggest disappointment was that the gas grills were not ready to be used. There was an ample supply of grills though we were told they were not ready, due to the recent poor weather. This seemed like a poor excuse, I would rather have been told that the grills, like the outdoor pool, was seasonal. Overall, we would likely return, but would request a unit closer to the amenities, even at a higher rate.

We loved the themed room and found everything in it to be very relaxing. However, our only complaint was that for some reason no matter what the fridge in our room froze our food. Very minor and just a minor setback when we were looking to eat. We came to Wisconsin Dells to go to one waterpark and otherwise just enjoy the outdoors and beautiful scenery. The location of the resort was great for us since it was out of the way of downtown and away from families, keeping the peace. We absolutely LOVED our stay and would gladly come again.
