Great hotel, honestky great. BUT, i exchanged 6 or 7 emails about getting an extra bed in the room... had to upgrade to a 3 capacity room to add the extra bed in... paid extra.... thats fine.... But when we went to check in, the staff on reception told me we werent allowed someone over the age of 16 or 18 in the bed and he would just about allow us to stay (3 adults) but made it clear the 3rd adt shouldnt be staying in the cot... Excuse me? Ive been in correspondence rge whole week, and tgis was bever mentioned, that not iut fault. Please dont belittle me

Dear Xavier, Thank you very much for your feedback. Correct, that was wrong of us. That the collegue did not mentioned that the extra bed for children is under the age of 18. But is now unfair that you where belittle from me, because I only gave the policy that we handle and at any time I was not disrespectful to you. I had made an exception of that and you and your friends where very grafeful with for that gesture. Kind regards,.

Great Hotel. So Central. 5 min walk to central Trai. And Bus Station to take u All over . Bus from airport directly to Eindhoven Central station. 5 .In walk to Crown Hotel. Hotel Located I. Centre of great Shopping Area. Plenty of Cafes Restaurants and Bars. Definitely Recommend Highly.

Convenient for all close amenities, love the room decor great view of the city from the seventh floor would stay again for sure.

The pillows are big and high. When I asked smaller,they promised to bring. But,not brought. Bed was old and worn out.

Hôtel bien situé à quelques pas du centre ville. Accueil et disponibilité du personnel à revoir. Etablissement vieillissant dans l'ensemble.

Was a good Hotel at a perfect Location. Small issues were a dirty towel in the room and problems with the Check-out. There was no staff at the desk early in the morning when I wanted to check out, so I had to wait and ask cleaning staff of the restaurant for help. Other than that, I had a good stay.

Dear Anonymous, Thank you very much for your feedback. What a pitty of that issues. Did you mentioned before to the reception about the dirty towel? Of course that is wrong and that may not happen. Sorry that at the time of check-out there where no collegue to check you out. Prix petit déjeuner

Le petit déjeuner est hors de prix : € 17,50 !!! Nous recommanderions donc cet hôtel à des amis en leur conseillant de ne pas prendre le petit déjeuner sur place. Hélas, les cafés alentour n'ouvrent que tard le matin !!
