Hyvä hotelli keskeisellä paikalla.

Erinomainen aamupala. Siistit huoneet. Hyvä sänky. Tyyny liian paksu. Tilatun taksin tuleminen kesti kauan. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Bon hôtel bien situé en centre ville. le personnel du petit déjeuner est très agréable mais l'accès aux chambres dans la seconde partie du bâtiment ne donne pas très bonne impression. On a l'impression de passer dans un endroit un peu abandonné avec une moquette et des plaintes pas très propre et il y avait même 3 mégots de cigarette par terre sur la moquette. En passant dans cette partie de l'hôtel on n'a vraiment pas l'impression d'être dans un hôtel Pullman 4 étoiles.

Amazing

Fantastic location Modern rooms with ample space, spacious modern bathroom, soothing lighting, in room nespresso coffee, very well designed rooms and soft furnishings. I travel for work VERY often, best hotel for the price range with staff that will amaze you with their effort to serve you.

Excellent and such great Hosts

Spent a weekend with 40 friends and family here. The hotel was not only modern and trendy but the staff were very accomodating and friendly. We arrived early and they went out of their way to ensure most of us got into our rooms before the usual time. The rooms were more suitable for couples as there was seductive mood lighting and the bathroom had mostly see throughout glass so maybe embarassing if sharing with a stranger or someone shy. The gym and swimming pool with built in jacuzzi was small but tranquillic and peaceful. The breakfast was great and adequate. I loved the small touches like giving umbreallas out when it was raining and the coffee/ internet area which you could access at anytime day and night. The hotel was also perfectly located close to the amazing shopping area and the nightclubs which we enjoyed

A palace fit for a king!

I spent the weekend here with my partner and I must say the experience here will be a memorable one for years to come. The customer service was impeccable.Staff were courteousous and accommodating. Considering the quality of the facilities and service we certainly got a bargain staying here! Oh, and lest I forget, the food (breakfast) was scrumptious! It was our first visit to Eindhoven, but certainly won't be our last.My only regret was not being able to see Sergio Mendes perform on the day I arrived. That would have been the icing on the cake.

Excellent Stay

Excellent hotel, great location, close to rail and bus station, close to shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Great breakfast, super room. Only complaint - after pre-paying on the internet, we were asked to pay an extra €30.00 to get a good room. Felt like a little swindle, but soon forgotten.
