Great apartment and friendly customer service. Only negative thing was the location. It was next a busy road, so sirens was screeming a lot.

OK

Cons: Inform before booking that the check-in is in a different place. Also, would be nice to have address before travelling for planning reasons.
When booking the accommodation, we were not aware that we had to collect the key at a completely other location. So that was challenging - 4 persons of which 2 are kids, with all the luggage ... Once we reached the apartment, we tried to get the temperature down, as it was absolutely boiling. Most windows can not be opened and there is no information on how to operate the temperature controls. The apartment itself was OK for a 4 day stay in London. Not very central but still good to reach. Some dishes were missing but no big deal for us. The bathrooms is OK and the extra toilet a big plus with 4 persons. All in all a good location for a short stay in London if you don't mind not being very central located.
