Hyvä sijainti ja kiva hotelli. Kannattaa ottaa merinäköalalla, muuten näköalat voi rajoittua kallioseinämään, kuten meille kävi. Huoneen äänieristys oli melko heikko, naapurista jä käytävältä kuuluivat kaikki äänet.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review here. We indeed have rooms without specific view and some of them are next to the rocks, like our swimming pool. Concerning the weak sound, we were fully booked while you were here and we are sorry if you were bothered with the noise. This sometimes happens when there are more people than usual and we apologize about that... Nevertheless, we really hope you will come back and try one of our beautiful and quiet sea view rooms.... Please, do not hesitate to contact me if you want to talk about your stay and your experience here in general.

Loistava sijainti, upeat näköalat

Loistava sijainti Vanhan kaupungin kupeessa rannalla ja upeat näköalat merenpuoleisista huoneista ja hotellin kattoterassilta. Hotelli sijaitsee korkealla rinteessä ja vähänkin huonojalkaisen on käytettävä hissiä. Hissit valitettavasti olivat korjauksessa vuorotellen lomaviikkomme ajan. Aamiainen kohtuullinen mutta 24 euron hintaan olisi odottanut monipuolisempaa..

Loistava sijainti Nizzan rantakadulla

Hotellin sijainti Linnavuoren vieressä, vanhan kaupungin kupeessa Enkelten promenadilla ja merinäköalalla oli loistava. Hotelli oli rauhallinen, hiukan vanhanaikainen, mutta siisti. Erikoisesti pieni suomalainen sauna uima-altaan vieressä ja Jacuzzi näköalaterassilla olivat bonuksia. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen, mutta hintava.

Great hotel, but also expensive and no breakfast

Had a great time, close to old town shopping and restaurants, and the riverwalk. Great sea view, if you pay extra for it. Clean and nice boutique hotel, great views from the hotel's terrace/sunroom. Only negative aspect is that it was unclear as to whether breakfast was included in the price, and indeed this was not the case. For this price, getting a breakfast would be nice, as alternative places for breakfast nearby in the old town are very basic compared to a great buffet breakfast at the hotel. WLAN was down on our last day, and it was difficult to connect some of our multiple devices, even though free internet was provided with the room and it worked ok most of the time.

L’établissement est très bien située et au calme. La piscine est superbe (petit coin de paradis).. la chambre et notre terasse avec vue sur mer exceptionnelle. Je mettrais un bémol au petit déjeuner, pas assez de choix niveau pain, viennoiserie et fruits..malheureusement en salle ou en chambre je trouve qu’il manque de fruits frais

Chère Madame,Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience.Nous sommes heureux de savoir que vous avez passé un agréable séjour au sein de notre hôtel et que vous avez pu profiter de la piscine et du calme de notre établissement. L’hôtel finalise actuellement son programme de rénovation complet et rouvrira ses portes dans les toutes prochaines semaines (courant mai). Le restaurant accueillera également notre nouveau Chef Damien Andrews avec une toute nouvelle carte. Nous espérons vous revoir très prochainement pour vous faire re-découvrir La Pérouse Nice avec sa nouvelle décoration Riviera.Dans l’attente du plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau prochainement !

Sensationelle Lage direkt bei der Altstadt sowie in Hafennähe. Alles super zu Fuss erreichbar. Parkplatz Möglichkeit nicht direkt vor Ort, jedoch sehr gut gelöst und daher kein Problem.

Sea view without the road!

Pros: The views, the balconies, the beds, the bathrooms and the staff.
Cons: Heating/air conditioning controls are a little confusing (too many options?)
Location: Great location, especially for the old town. Many good restaurants very close by.
The views from the seaview rooms of La Perouse are wonderful but what gives this hotel a very special edge is the fact that you can't see or hear the road which runs the whole length of the seafront in Nice. This is due to the fact that there is another row of apartments between the hotel and the road; they are low enough for the hotel rooms, especially those on the upper floors to have views over their roof to the sea. Even if you don't have a sea view room you get a magnificent view from a floor-to-ceiling window while waiting for the lift. Superb swimming pool which abuts the rock of the castle hill and a Jacuzzi on the roof.

Freundliches Team & sehr guter Service

Pros: Ganz klar der sehr freundliche Service, so wohl an der Rezeption als auch der Zimmerservice
Wir waren über Silvester in Nizza im La Pérouse. Die Lage direkt am Wasser und Nähe zum Hafen ist sehr schön. Das Gebäude ist schon etwas älter und sieht von außen auch sehr gut aus. Von innen leicht altmodisch. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer hat das nötigste, aber z.B. kein Wasserkocher, Bügeleisen, Schreibtisch sehr klein etc. Inklusiv-WiFi ziemlich langsam. Der Service war sehr freundlich, hat wirklich überzeugt. Kam auch einmal täglich vorbei um nach Wünschen zu fragen.
