Helppo hakea avain ja löytää asuntoon perille. Asunnossa olisi voinut olla kahvia sekä kynä palautelomaketta varten. Joissakin huoneistoissa on ollut hedelmiä ja leipää.

Asuntoon ei kuulunut minkäänlaista liikenteen ääntä. Asunnossa toimiva pohja. Asunnosta aivan kohtuullinen näkymä ikkunoista. Auton parkkipaikka vielä bonuksena. Käytännön asiat avaimen hakemisesta luovutuksen menivät sujuvasti.
