Es enttäuscht uns sehr festzustellen, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt unzufrieden waren und wir keinen guten Eindruck bei Ihnen hinterlassen konnten. Gleichzeitig überrascht uns Ihr Kommentar zum ersten zugewiesenen Zimmer zu lesen, da alle unsere Zimmer dieselben vorgegebenen Bestimmungen zur Schallisolierung erfüllen.
