Practical accommodation. It was clean and as described. 24 hour assistance if required. 15 minute walk to the main Market Square (although there is a bus or tram option, which we never felt the need to use). Farmers market at the end of the street, plenty of food options to buy. Small supermarket nearby, always helpful staff.

Krakow

Great stay in emus apartments coukdnt complain , only a 15 min straight walk to main square or 2 min walk to get trams would use the apartments again if we go back to krakow

Lovely Clean Apartments, beware no lift

My daughter and stayed here for 4 days the apartment was very clean, my only gripe is we had room 15, which was 9 floors up basically in the roof space, and no lift, so we struggled to take our luggage up, no mention in advert of this many floors and that there was not a lift, tv in room but no access to world programmes therefore unless you speak Polish them no tv, but overall very clean and fresh apartments to stay in.

Thank you very much for your opinion. We do not have English channels in every room but there's a TV room available for the Guests in which we have much bigger variety of channels. Our building only have 4 floors so apartment 15 was on the last one - fourth floor not 9 like you said ;) But yes, that's true that there's no elevator in our building and unfortunately we are not able to build one. We try to put elderly people and Guests who have problems with legs, back or whatever else that makes it difficult for them to climb the stairs on lower floors if we have a possibility to do so or if they ask us early enough through email or phone.

Perfect

Literally no faults perfect location, clean, friendly staff who are helpful and Uber eats. If you’re on the top floor it’s a bit of a workout but well worth it.

Cheap and cheerful

Over all very good. Would have liked a toaster in the apartment and a shower with a door to avoid everything getting soaked.

Thank you for your opinion. We are aware of the fact that showers aren't as comfortable as we thought they would be. We put squeegee for water hoping that it would help at least a little bit.

+Clean, +Location, -No Elevators, -Poor heating

Pros: Apartment was clean and tidy, quiet and well placed to explore Krakow. We also liked the high ceilings and huge bay windows. Helpful staff.
Cons: Heating - please get this fixed asap. No tourist wants a cold apartment on a holiday. Warning guests of lack of elevators at booking would be useful.
Location: Located in a quiet lane, 0.5 kms from the Wawel castle. Walk to Old Town/Kazimierz in 20-30 minutes. Bus/Tram 2 mins away. Local market 1 min walk.
Very nice and clean apartment with communist era high ceilings. It is well connected to all the tourist attractions; i.e. Wawel Castle, Kazimierz (Jewish Quarter), Old Town etc... If you wish to take public transport to Old town, Auschwitz or Salt Mines, the bus/tram stop is just 2-10 minutes walk from the apartment. If you need taxi (which is cheap), the helpful staff will arrange for you. We liked everything about the apartment except the lack of elevators and poor heating. This could be the downside of having high ceilings. Climbing couple of floors is equivalent to 3 floors. Poor heating became an issue due to the Siberian snow storm across Europe that saw the temperatures plummet to -13 degrees. However, in spring and summer this would be a non-issue. I believe the management will get the heating fixed before next winter. Irrespective of the season, lack of elevators is something to be considered by families or people with reduced abilities.

A good hotel with the most helpful staff. A lovely market at the end of the road with all the products needed for a short or long stay. Can highly recommend the cake shops. Room was of a good size and staff most helpful in giving us a first floor room for our stay due to mobility problems. Beds were comfy but a bit too low for us. Room a very good size and a respectably equipped kitchen. Taxis were needed for us to get to and from town centre. Staff always available and quick to order one. Cost to town was 15 zloty, from town to hotel 25 zloty. For those more mobile the trams would be a cheaper alternative but requires a longer walk than we could manage to the nearest stop. Found the locals most helpful and pleasant people to know, looking forward to returning to Krakow soon.
