    I loved this apartment. Good size, new, and had everything we needed. We did encounter some hiccups: we were there mid-October and it was a bit chilly, but we could not control the room temperature so we had to use extra clothes during the night and all the blankets in the apartment. Also, there were some issue with the internet signal to the tv, having to ask the host for help and whatnot. The thing to be aware of, and I think by now the rules in the lil book will be updated: laundry means only washing clothes, the dryer is not for guests. I did not know that until after I used it. The host was gracious enough to let us use it on our last day as well, but during the fall/winter months, especially when the heating is not working in the apartment, I do not see how you could dry your clothes, if you have an extended stay. And the beds are not the most comfortable I ever encountered, but they are passable. It is close to public transportation stations and there are food delivery services in the area. The host is very responsive and the whole family was very nice.

    Sehr schöne Altbaufwrienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

    Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, wie es bei Altbauten eben so ist, der Boden knarrt man hört die Nachbarn über sich aber das gehört irgendwie die dazu. ;-) Sehr sauber, gute Einrichtung, liebe zum Detail. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

    Wohnung wie auf den Bildern

    Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, genau wie auf den Bildern. Das Bad ist wenn man zu dritt zu einem bestimmten Zeitpunkt fertig sein muss, ein bisschen enger und der Wasserdruck beim duschen lässt nach wenn ein anderer Wasserabnehmer läuft - aber das sind Kleinigkeiten auf die man sich einstellen kann, sobald man es weiß. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Da wir durch die Familie immer wieder mal nach Essen kommen - sehen wir uns bestimmt wieder. Liebe Grüße aus dem Schwabenland

    Helle, geräumige, moderne, saubere und ruhige Ferienwohnung in super Lage (zu Fuss in 5 Minuten zur S-Bahn und 10 Minuten zur Ruhr) Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
