Farmhouse restored with great care in the green slopes of the upper “Mugello”, at the gate of the village of “Palazzuolo sul Senio”, shops of all kinds, tennis. Quiet location, great view on the “Tuscan-Emilian Apennines”. The house is surrounded by a garden equipped with a heated swimming pool with solar panels (12,5m. x 7,5m. prof. 60-140cm.) Of oval shape and with hydromassag e area. Ideal as a starting point for hiking, biking or mountain bikes in the area surrounding the property. The property is equipped with spaces equipped for outdoor dining (barbecue) and a private car park.
In the property there is also another farmhouse where we find a small two-room apartment as a support point for the responsible in place who uses it to receive customers and to do maintaining.
The house is 60km away from "Florence", 2.5km. from the medieval village of "Palazzuolo Sul Senio"; at 11km. from "Marradi" (train Station), at 80km. from the Adriatic Sea.
