For a start this is not a boutique hotel as it advertises itself. boutique hotels tend to have pleasant touches. None of this. No tea or coffee making facility in the rooms. The rooms are smaller than advertised. The cupboard space is so small for your clothes you have to hang them facing rather than sideways.
The hotel restaurant Jasper is over priced. If we did not have a $30 credit on booking we would have not used it.
There is an entrance from the hotel lobby for hotel guests but you still have to queue up with wit the rest of the public for the restaurant. So is this a privellege!!! terrible floors in the room. Creaking. And the resort fee?? for what? just an extra charge again......the hotel is an ok stay.
