***Host On-site***: The basement is a completely private unit with a separate locked door. Your host, Ethan, lives in the basement unit downstairs and is happy to help with anything you need. Co-host Julia lives just down the street for additional peace of mind.

Keyless Entry: Enter your unique keypad code and press the check button (bottom right) to unlock. The button will flash green and the motor will run. To lock when you leave, simply press the check button.
Room Security: Each room is equipped with a physical key for added privacy. Please return it to the lock handle upon checkout ($25 fee for missing keys).
Kitchen & Dining: Feel free to use the cooktop, microwave, and fridge for light meal prep. Complimentary coffee, tea, drinkware, dishes, and cutlery are provided at the beverage station.

ID Verification: The primary guest must provide a valid government-issued photo ID matching the booking name upon arrival to honor our insurance requirements.
Plumbing Care: Please do not flush anything down the toilet except the provided toilet paper.
No Smoking or Vaping: This is a strict non-smoking property. No smoking or vaping of any substances inside.
No Weapons: No concealed weapons are allowed on the property.
No Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited.
No Parties or Events: Large gatherings or parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Nightly quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. (Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and requires an additional fee of $100/hour. Please inquire in advance).
Shoes Off: We kindly ask that you remove your shoes at the entrance and place them on the shoe rack.
Backyard Notice: The backyard is currently under construction and is strictly off-limits for guest safety.
Check-out Chores: Before leaving, please place all used towels in the bathroom hamper.
Departure: Please send us a quick message through the app once you have finished checking out.
