Guests have access to the full ~2 acre property!

Please be mindful of other homes in the area and please watch your dogs as a few neighbors have dogs that free roam their yards!

The only area that will remain closed is the garage for our storage!

• 4WD/AWD recommended in winter (Nov–May)

• Well water + sensitive septic system—please treat gently
• Starlink Wi-Fi available (cell signal may vary)
• Bear-safe trash bins provided—please use them!
• Altitude ~9,000 ft – hydrate, rest, and go slow if you’re not used to it

Please note as we do allow up to 2 dogs we ask that you keep pets off all furniture, and pets need to be in a crate if left alone. Please pick up all pet waste behind you, or it may result in extra fees.
