"Papaya 3" rannan vieressä oleva talo, josta on näkymät puutarhaan. Yhtiöllä on oma terassi, josta on suora yhteys rannan eteen ja merelle. Tämä pohjoisrannalla sijaitseva 3 makuuhuoneen lomakoti on sisustettu tyylikkäästi täysikokoisella jääkaapilla, sisältää joukon keittiö- ja keittiövälineitä, kahdeksan hengen ruokapöytä, mikroaaltouuni, kattilat & amp; pannut, taulutelevisio HDTV, suoratoistokanavat, ilmainen nopea langaton internetyhteys, ilmainen pesukone & amp; kuivausrumpu pesuaineella ja huuhteluaineella, ulkogrilli ja piknik-alue sekä upea Koi-lampi.

Vähintään kaksi päivää 30 päivän ikkunassa:
Kiinteistö annetaan yksinomaan vuokralaisen käyttöön koko 30 päivän ajan, ja kukaan muu ei saa käyttää kiinteistöä kyseisenä ajanjaksona. 30 päivän vuokra-aika ilmoitetaan vieraalle varauksen yhteydessä. Hinnat perustuvat 30 päivän vuokra-aikaan. Kysy.

Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Polynesian Cultural Center (museo). Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla vesipuisto ja pyykinpesutilat. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Peaceful Paradise

Stayed in Papaya 3 for a total of 7 nights and the stay was everything we could have wanted. If you are looking for a slow island life place to stay this is the property for you. The property owner Raymond Romano (Not that Ray Romano) was so helpful. We needed to vacuum sand out of our car rental and i was asking if he knew of a local place with a car vacuum and he brought us his own shop vac to use. Lots of snorkeling gear and boogie boards are available to take anywhere you want. I would recommend this property to anyone.

WOW, what an amazing stay

We had a wonderful time in Tiki Moon Villas, our backyard was the beach and the outdoor shower was an amazing experience. We were very central to activities and the Fume's Shrimp restaurant is definitely a must try. Extra stars for being right across from the Polynesian Culture Center, the experience was a must do Thank you for a wonderful time!

A good location

The good: We loved how walkable it was to the cultural center. We went daily to grab food and coffee. There’s a lovely garden view from the property and the beach is right there. The not great: There’s no light, nor laundry basket in the washer dryer area and that made it challenging (no starter detergent either which was a first). The property is off a busy road that curves a touch and so pulling out is tricky. There’s no dishwasher and the kitchen is TIGHT. Similarly, the bedrooms are so tiny you can’t open a suitcase properly in it. And finally, I asked for a thirty minute late checkout to time with my return to the airport and after multiple attempts to get an answer the contact said no. I said I would prefer two hours but is there any extension I could get? They said I had to be out by 10. This is baffling— my other stays in other places this did not happen. I wish I’d known going into it some of these things.

Perfect beachfront bungalow

we were a group of six with two kids age 7 and 10. Hosts were very attentive, quick to respond, accommodations were very comfortable and cleanliness was excellent. We would definitely come back.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in Papaya 3 at Tiki Moon Villas. Azlina was so helpful and so quick to answer any questions we had. Mallard, the grounds keeper and maintenance guy who was there during our stay, was really friendly and helpful as well. We enjoyed the outdoor shower which was right next to our patio and the kids had fun playing on the hammock in the common area. They have a big open grassy area that would be fun to throw a football or other yard games too. Although the ocean at this property wasn't great for swimming or playing in for the kids as there are a lot of rocks and coral beneath the surface and because of the big drain pipe that goes underground and leads to the water making the water right behind the property dirty after a rain storm, the beach and view were beautiful and only a few steps from the patio. My husband and I also enjoyed reading on the chairs on a raised deck overlooking the ocean. The kitchen was well stalked with lots of cooking tools and dishes and extra paper towels. There were no dish cloths to wipe down the table and counters, but we didn't ask about them either so I'm sure we could have got some if we asked. The air conditioning in each room was nice and there were plenty of bath towels. We found the beds to be pretty uncomfortable, they may have been more comfortable when they were newer. We enjoyed being able to walk across the street to the Polynesian Cultural Center to walk through shops and get dinner from the Crepe stand or other food trucks there. Like I said in the title it was a great location with great beaches, food, zip lining, horseback riding, etc near by. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Pure Hawai'i

This place is a gem. We stayed in Papaya, a 3 bedroom cottage with very comfortable and clean accommodations. The location to North Shore beaches was perfect, as well as stores and restaurants. We loved the private beach and sunrise deck. Just a really nice, quiet and peaceful place to stay. Mahalo!

Amazing Location

The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. Was able to accommodate 6 people no problem. It was the perfect location, right on the beach with views of the mountains. Would definite stay there again.

Great beach location

Had an easy time to check-in all the info we needed was sent ahead. The house is across from the pcc so great if you wanna go to the luau and just walk home. Close to plenty of north shore spots too. Right on the beach so got to watch some great sunrises.

Excellent!!!

We loved it! The house was clean and had plenty of bed space for our family. The appliances were updated and we loved being right across from the PCC. It was amazing!

Wonderful stay, convenient to PCC and beach; clean comfortable accommodations.

We had a wonderful time. It sleeps 6 comfortably; the two other beds are fold-out, single beds in the living room; not very comfortable but adequate for kids or younger people.
