Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
I'm reaching out with a friendly reminder about the check-out procedures. The cleaning staff arrives shortly after 10:00 AM to prepare the house for the next guests.
If you don't mind, I just ask that you please take care of the following before you leave: - Place all trash in the corresponding outdoor bins. - Wash any used dishes and put them back in the cabinets
- Turn off all lights and adjust the thermostat. - Lock all doors and windows when you leave. - Let me know if anything has been lost, damaged... or even added—but that you'd like to leave behind!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The apartment may not be used for commercial purposes. Moving furniture or repainting walls is prohibited.
Avoid cooking strong-smelling foods indoors (frying, fish, strong spices). Please use the BBQ for these items. No food in beds.
No shoes in the house – please leave them in the entrance area on the ground floor
